So we are passing through town and we needed to stop and order a new door for our bus. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful and took the time to get our special order door taken care of. Every employee I came into contact with was friendly and courteous. One man went out of his way to help me with some heavy lifting and to make sure I had everything I needed all the while sporting a smile! It made up for the rearrangement of the pet supplies.

If they don't have what you need they can probably order it! You (I) can't just stop here for a quick one item pickup. I've tried. If you leave without buying something, change your attitude! 😜. Swing by the grocery section and grab some comfort food! ....make sure to take some time along with you when you go.....this place is HUGE!

This place has everything you need. It’s like a mixture of home depot, walmart, and autozone!!

Main reason for the visit was to get special light bulbs. A courteous employee is names Ryan was very helpful in finding the right bulb. Also a Craig was awesome! He helped me figure out the perfect stand for hanging extra clothes. Ended up settling on one that could completely enclose to protect from hair and dust. Went there for a bulb and left after spending hundreds of dollars on items. If the staff wasn't so friendly and helpful I would have left right away but they will keep me coming back and spending my money there. Menard's is lucky to have employees like Ryan and Craig on their team.

Employees were outstanding! Assisted with everything I asked for or was looking for, after providing assistance in their department they took me to the next department and I continued receiving friendly, informative assistance Items that weren’t in stock, were promptly ordered, check out was fast friendly customer service and carry out was provided and I was informed of the 11% rebate on entire purchase.

They have everything you need. Low prices and good help.

Craig in hardware/garden center is a great asset to the team. He is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional whenever I need assistance. He is a quality and hard working employee that’s is always there to help the customers with what they are looking for.

Everything from cat toys to snow blowers. They have an excellent small hardware (nuts/bolts/screws/washers) selection that is unmatched near Dickinson. Their food selection is all about value where it usually delivers. I'm told they have the lowest priced milk in town.

The employees are available, helpful, knowledgeable, and usually walk you right to the item that was inquired about.

The rebates here are plentiful and easy to complete. Relatively often 11% off sales never hurt either. If they carried fresh fruits and vegetables I don't think I'd need to shop anywhere else.

Occasionally in the building/larger home projects there are quantity discounts. I recently started an insulation project and purchasing 4 kits reduced the price another 9%.

Clean store with a lot of product in its proper place. Enough building materials to repair our leaking apartment garage roofs. Friendly check out staff and tool rental guy.

Absolutely best place ever I tell ya what. The general manger Greg was so helpful in finding the paper towels I traveled over 2 hours for. His laugh was so infectiously amazing. He made me feel like family. thanks Greg

We love Sarah in the cabinet section. She made our very stressful kitchen remodel less painful. We had no idea what we were doing and she made the process of ordering cabinets easy and fun. That girl needs a raise! We drove all the way from montana and would go back just to get help from her again.

Well organized, very clean store. This store has very helpful staff, cheerful and professional no matter how busy it is. Of course the Menard's great prices. Surprising food section with cheap milk and really great prices. My favorite store in Dickinson!

Everyone is usually eager to help you find what you need. I love that they put discount items right near the entrance. I dont have to hunt around to find them. The service desk can be slow sometimes, but they always try to get to you quickly and are friendly. When I had some paint mixed up, I told them i wanted cheap-cheap paint and they didnt try to upsell me on pricey alternatives, they didnt argue, they just went and did it. I appreciate not having to fight with the store about what I want.

Menard's is our go to store for anything related to our home. From dishwasher to gardening supplies. I especially like to buy online and have them pull the items. Very convenient to pick up our orders out back at the pick up desk. Friendly and helpful employees.

We shop there all the time. They have everything we need from nuts& bolt's, wood, plumbing and some food. Nice clean and friendly. Any and every thing you need to build any and everything. They have household goods and games and decorations for all occantions, school supplies, books, some clothes and house hold cleaners. Big store sits on 5acers,all store

It has almost everything you can think of in there, including genuine and helpful staff. I'll be shopping there regularly in the future.

That Big Gangly GM is good stuff. Always willing to help. Kind of a clown at times. Happy to have a good General Manager at our store. He is always taking about B.D.I. Building Dreams and Inspiring. You are awesome Greg!

Great staff and customer service mixed with just about anything you can think of for that quick fix around the house or even a remodel make this a great store. Love going in and shopping here, or other times just browsing around.
