Nothing I see needs improvement.
I usually get my scripts at the CVS on Tiogue Ave because of the 24/7 hours. However, when I go to this store (2250 New London Turnpike in EG) they are always kind and helpful. I am in a wheelchair and they will go out of their way to help and take my bags out to the car. None of the other CVS stores have ever done that. This isn't the first time they have helped me.

Great clean store. Very friendly and helpful staff. This CVS is better than the one on tiogue ave in my opinion. The pharmacy is less busy so it is quicker also. Parking lot can be tough on occasion.

Staff is professional and courteous. Pharmacists and there staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. This CVS is far better than tiogue ave store. I travel further to go to this CVS.

The cashier was very friendly and it's a big and clean store. I am very annoyed that in order to get a sale price you need to give up your life story to sign up for some rewards program.

Pharmacy assistant didn't want to help me before their lunch.. apparently it's at 1:30 but I was there at quarter past and she wouldn't fulfill my prescription and maybe come back at 2:00,,, very disappointed ☹

Worst service. Everything is always broke here.
1st time went to get prescription medicine they didn't had it. Send me to the CVS-24hrs. 2nd time went to take passport photo the camera was broke,
Today went to get money order, they said system is down. Please don't waste time to even look at this place.
