Always an amazing staff working at the southcenter mall Starbucks! Parker is always very helpful and able to observe costumers, note and talk with those who have been waiting awhile, and continue making drinks. Much love for all.

i went here so long ago like in 2019 but it was so good and it was ready fast

They need to hire more help because I feel so bad for these workers. They get yelled at and I know no one is tipping and I usually only see one person there, and usually they are completely overwhelmed

Alex the store manager is always so helpful. Him and his team always go above and beyond when I come in to their store. Riley is my barista most of the time. She is always smiling and is so fast at getting my drink ready. This team is awesome and I will continue to come to this location over others because of the service.

Always good. I'm not a huge coffee fan (gasp!), so I'm happy there are other options, all fabulous. They always have great food, wonderful teas, and--of couse-- the best baked goodies.

We visit this store frequently when shopping at the nearby retail stores such as Old Navy. This is a big Starbucks with a lot of seating. It's always busy.

The workers are fast, friendly and efficient. This time the line was so long that I go the idea to use the Starbucks app. Well, I had deleted it from my phone so I didn't take the trouble, but just chatted with my wife as we waited.

She always gets a hand-crafted grande and enjoys them. She asks for them to be less sweet and served at kids temperature. The clerks take this in stride. She likes the caramel macchiato and various mochas. She tries new drinks quite often and we both find them to be wonderful.

Lately I've been getting the Veranda pour over drip coffee. I always take a risk and ask for a couple of ice cubes so that I can drink it immediately. I regretted it this time! The coffee was served tepid and watered down. I dumped it. No blame. I need to learn a little patience and just let it cool. It was just a short size so not much was wasted.

We're grateful to be able to use this Starbucks. The restrooms are usually decently clean and the parking nearby is free.

This is the best Starbucks! Alex , Lala, the staff... is great with people. They get your drinks right!! And right away.... Best!!

This Starbucks store is very nice right next to the port and 5he service is fast, my French brulee coffee was perfect

During the COVID-19 epidemic it is difficult to find a Starbucks that allows for seating inside the store. This Starbucks has inside seating and Wi-Fi with social distancing in mind. This location is near a Target department store and across the street from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Mall.

Love the staff here! Always so friendly and they work really hard and fast considering the volume of people, as it is the only one left inside the mall.

Super friendly staff. Clean business. Offered free drink after a mix up.

I'm always greeted by name when I stop by. Also, my trenta ice water is usually waiting with my tea.

Awesome as always even with covid 19 they are open you can sit inside and there bathroom are awesome super friendly happy people get kids hot coco for only $2.15 8 ounch with wip cream 😋
