Adorable little shop.

I have been a customer for 3 years, It WAS my go to place for my gifts for my birthday, Christmas etc. stopped by today and noticed the sale table outside. I had in my hand a metal farmer market sign and was about to walk in and pay for it. The lady from inside the shop comes out, she was on the phone...takes the sign out of my hand and proceeds to tell me that she has sold the sign to someone on the phone......while she was still standing next to me she leaves a message for the lady....fopr her to call back with credit card info......she had NOT sold the sign. I was there in person ready to pay and she hadn’t received payment for the sign. It was NOT SOLD. I was with my mother and we were in shock by this rude behavior and this was shown on our faces. The lady didn’t care and just watched us walk away. I have never experienced such awful service. They have lost a customer. I drove from Oregon City just to go to the shop today and she preferred a voicemail over a in person customer. I have always felt the shop has a snobby vibe but today I truly experienced it in person.
