I go there almost every day, haven’t had any problems with staff yet, as a matter of fact I think the staff members are very friendly

it's a 45 minute walk through woods scary I would go again not recommended children under 12

My husband and I always get our RX scripts from them, he went in today and all new pharmacist very rude, was going to get his COVID booster told him he needed appointment well the other day didn't need one, also was told I could get regular flu vacccine, I was told by my allergist never to get the one with eggs, so who is right I would think the Dr. Knows more, we may be leaving them at least I will, I don't deal with rude people, if you don't like your job go work somewhere else without the public

Cvs is my choice of pharmacy products but they should really crack down employees should not not be outside the store smoking where customers can see considering cvs has taken cigarettes off thier shelves

Horrible pharmacist i was told my last prescription would be ready in a few minutes, but they we’re heading to lunch so wont be able for pick up end of day. After having surgery. So now i cant have the prescriptions i need because she needs to have power over someone, walgreens will get my prescriptions for now on

horrible customer service. not willing to help a patient that needs life saving medication. No accountability in telling us that we need to get ahold of our doctor or anything. I have gone 4 days without the medicine i need to keep myself healthy and out of teh hospital. Every day is anxiety.

Picked up a prescription & the bottle had 2 different mgs in it.i asked the pharmacist why & him & a lady tryed to make an excuse for their wrong.the lady actually got mad and told me if I didn't like their pharmacy that I could go somewhere else.really? None of the pharmacy staff here should be licensed and that's a proven fact! Wish granted lady my $3500 medicine a month a professional pharmacy will be filling.if I could rate this store a zero I would.

Prescription refills at west Warwick location 1734 Main St. West Warwick 02893. Updated prescription for my husband. New prescribing Dr. We were told for four days that it was an insurance issue until I became a forceful advocate and was told they do not have it in stock. The lack of communication and accountability is ATROCIOUS! The pharmacy tech blew me off and kept insisting it was an insurance issue until I had to raise my voice and repeatedly ask for a manager. This is deplorable, you are taking advantage of a weak population and exploiting their inability to advocate for themselves. Shameful.

Went to CVS the night before Halloween and was happy to see 33% off costumes. There was a sign on front of Halloween headbands so I grabbed 2. Evidently they only put the signs up so you bring an item to the register then they tell you your item isn’t on sale. Not happy.

The main store is acceptable but I don't recommend the pharmacy at all. Their pharmacy is impossible to deal with. Currently you can't speak with them on the phone because the automated system kicks you out when you ask to be connected to customer service ("Sorry, I can't connect you right now! Please try again later!" and hangs up on you.) Now I'll have to waste time and go down there and deal with their poor customer service in person. Ridiculous that you can't even get someone on the phone in 2019.
