I went to the Mascoutah location and they were very friendly and helpful. I have been there before and the service was good then also.

this the the place to go of you REALLY need answers with your vehicle. ask for Brian.. the others are knowledgeable but he's seasoned 😉 even of they don't have what you need (which they usually have it) they'll tell you where you can find it. Review coming from the heating and cooling guy. Hi it's Brian. And I would just love to say when you're running a service company and your vehicles down. And you do most of your own repairs. And the parts house is right behind your house where you live at. You can't beat that. Brian and his crew up there are off the charts.

While traveling cross country the relay for my cooling fan when out. I stopped in at Napa "Don's parts house" and the guy behind the counter Brian had one on hand and even installed it for me. He treated me like we were related or something what a guy. We had no further issues on our trip. Can't thank you enough Brian!
