The sand is from Magic Island beach. The shell necklace is one from mom. Beautiful new decoration in my Hawaiiana themed room.

Too much cute stuff. I want to make so many different art projects, just from entering. Easy to find things and the cashier was high quality customer service.

Had a wonderful experience shopping today. I love how many projects were on display to get me inspired! I saw beads, resin, melt beads, diamond art and more!! Crafters paradise. The angel Coby knew just were to direct me when I was looking for something and Diane was so lovely and recommended I try the crispy pretzel at check out.

Comparable to Michael's...has a bunch of items in such a tiny location. Seems to be well priced as well for an island store. Super friendly staff as well.

this craft store is always stocked with all my craft needs whether i want to decorate my table for a holiday or turn a kid into a spaceship i can find all the materials. the staff is helpful and local artists sell their treasures in lockers. a bit expensive but worth the one stop shop

There is a very large selection of craft needs here. I've always found items that I needed here and that I couldn't find anywhere else. The people here are also very knowledgeable and helpful. The last time I went, my fiance was with me and even he enjoyed browsing the aisles.

Various things are available at a price that we can not buy in Japan. We do not get tired of abundant assortment.

Great service from all the ladies there on the floor. Couple of the ladies asked if I needed anything (help looking for something) while I was walking and looking around/up at the aisle signs. That store has some rather neat things!

Customer Service at Ben Franklin is alive and thriving. I called ahead to see if the product I was interested in was available. No problem, as they happily checked. I arrived an hour later and the ladies were holding it for me! Polite, helpful, and happy people! I will certainly be back and I'm not a crafts person!

One place you can find all your crafting needs. Very spacious and organized. Stuffs are real friendly.

Call today looking for fabric scissors. First associate that answered was very friendly. Another associate got on the line and was very very helpful. He was able to look up all the different prices and help me make an informed choice. Customer service here is EXCELLENT!

Love this location. Parking is easy, they have there own. No need to use garages and walk. One of the classes were in session and that was awesome to see. They had a fantastic variety of everything, especially crystals! I didn't expect to see loadstones in the display case. Great location to visit 💖💖
