Big City Diner

Ordered a Club House and 5 stars to the cook that prepared it with perfection!
Extremely ono tasting and broke the mouth!!

This is hands down my favorite local place to eat in Oahu. I primarily come for the breakfast, but had lunch once as well.

The servers are always friendly and wonderful. The coffee is delicious (favorite diner coffee I've had on the island so far). But most importantly, the portions are large and delicious. I go 1-2 a week for their breakfasts and dare I say....its the highlight of my week (other than getting a fresh hairct) to have a big meal and chug some coffee.

It's impossible to recommend an item because I've loved everything I've had. You can't go wrong with anything here. Haven't used it yet, but there is a full bar and TVs for sports on weekends as well. Do the right thing and tip your servers. I look forward to eating here every weekend.

Definitely a different type of diner I’m used to. But this place was delicious. Loved the Kimchee fried Rice, it also wasn’t too spicy so you’re able to enjoy eating it. My kids loved there Breakfast we ended up ordered a side of sausages togo. My mom is basic so she had the side of eggs and hash brown for breakfast. I would come here again.

Best local style diner and menu IMHO. Stopped over for late breakfast. Over the years we’ve visited several locations and the quality was consistently good with a wide variety of choices. For brunch, the breakfast bread pudding with haupia (coconut) crème sauce and macadamia nut was “broke da mouth” delicious. Patrons seem to be mostly local, a good sign that this restaurant is highly respected.

Lori, Lala and Mena provided the most exceptional service (and even sat us and got us coffee while they were setting up). The food was served fast and hot. We will go again just for the customer service, mahalo!

Food are delicious but sad they close early Sunday

Fast service, great food, great atmosphere. Visited this location with my son and we enjoyed the garlic fries and wings for a small lunch. The food was very good. They have gluten free options and those are noted on the regular menu. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food! I ordered Mama's Homemade Meatloaf and a side of Garlic Shrimp on a Skewer...
Mouthwatering & just totally delicious!

Went there tonight, and I was super hungry. When I'm super hungry, I want everything and I become very indecisive. Charles was our server and he was very patient. When I could not decide on what I wanted to eat, he asked me what I my choices was. Then he suggested a meal with a few changes to accommodate my indecisiveness. We're calling it Braddah Charles Loco Moco. So it's the loco moco, with Uncle Danny's fried rice, mushroom gravy, and crispy onions as toppings. I thought it was amazing. Thank you Charles for your suggestion AND being a fantastic waiter!!!!!! Oh and I still got a " not so big oreo sundae."

Great service incredible delicious local style food. We had breakfast. I had the Portuguese sausage eggs over medium with fried rice. Absolutely delicious plenty of parking.

Wonderful staff, the food came out fast, and it was absolutely delicious and very tasty. Enjoyed by my whole family. Even the prices are good. $20 for a wonderful burger and fries. The bbq sauce was wonderful too, sweet, tangy, and goes great with the fires l. Thank you Big City Diner for this food.

Great place, great food, and great service! I got a pancake sandwich which was huge! My son got the silver dollar pancakes with the best crispy bacon! Mahalo!

Good restaurant to eat at. Ambiance is a "Diner" experience. There's a bar area to eat at. There are numerous TV's to watch from broadcasting sports to local channels. The staff is very helpful in providing information about the meal you're ordering. Great service and good food.

Did not get names but got there bout 0900 n had my fav boneless kalbi, perfectly grilled n bruddah wuz on it like a hornet....

Hamburger steak on a bed of Grandma's kimchee was the bomb.com plus their famous macadamia nuts pancake with haupia sauce (not pictured). LOVE IT! ❤Superb service and love the cleaning team. Blessed Sunday people🤙🤙🤙

Fantastic take out service during these Covid times. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Ordering area was spotless. Parking was not an issue. The Big City Diners provide consistent quality food with great service.

Great food , great service. Healthy food portions that won't hurt the wallet.

Service is great here. Lots of tables so wait time is not too bad. Kids menu that kids love. Any time of the day this place is yummy and you can find something you will want to eat.
