Wendy's

This is my favorite Wendy's on island. The food is always good. One day they ran out of toys for the kids meal. I was given a jr frosty instead. The staff is kind and friendly. Overall a great experience.

My family and I had a great experience there tonight. We were greeted on arrival. The cashier was patient as my kids decided what they wanted and had good customer service. As we were leaving, they thanked us and asked us to dine there again. We will be back!

I enjoy stopping at this Wendy’s since access is easy at the intersection due to a left turn arrow. I used the drive through on my last visit which was fast, efficient with great staff interaction. I ordered a sauce, egg, cheese sandwich with fries. If you like ketchup be sure to ask for the ketchup when you place your order. Pre-Covid visits were always enjoyable with the inside of the restaurant very clean.

Great Wendy’s! Love coming here. Has an incredible chocolate frosty after a soccer game recently. Can’t go wrong with Wendy’s.

Whoever is working today (Thursday 9/14/2023) needs a raise and a day off. All the dudes working the drive thru window did the following:

- were super chill to order from
- were super chill when I asked to correct a mistake I made placing the order
- were super quick about making the adjustment
- got the whole order correct despite my confused self making it harder for them
- hooked me up with that ghost pepper ranch

11/10 experience

I think my favorite part about Wendy's is that the food isn't too greasy. Salads are great and those sugar cookies with Frosty are super good!

Wendy’s is Wendy’s. But this crew. Phenomenal. The lady who works the drive thru window is like the nicest lady I’ve ever met at a drive thru window. These people are living life and it made this experience so so wonderful! Made my day. Forget the food I ordered. Talking to these guys was a party!! Will be going back again and again purely for the workers!!

I did a drive-thru and just got a large chili & small Coke. The best part was that the employee who took my payment and handed me the order, QUINTEN, was very cordial & positive. He gave the place a good vibe.

This was the first time I had chili and rice from Wendy's. So good! I had to order a second one! Also ordered garlic fries!

Nothing quite whets my appetite like the wonderful ambience of black, oil stained roads and the enticing aroma of exhaust as it dances an elegant tango with the smell of fryer oil that's never been changed!

My taste buds were tantalized by soggy, stale fries. I was enthralled by the scintillating and professional personal conversations of the staff as we took a brief 8 minute wait for my 3 items.

My favorite part, of any fast food experience is of course the mysteriously sticky ketchup packets. This time I got a delightful treat as I had an actual ketchup packet stuck to my burger wrapper! It just feels like the ketchup has a story to tell. Like "oohh, where have YOU been mystery ketchup packet. What secrets do you hide?".

10 stars. My stomach is doing Loop de loops and my toilet has never been fuller. Can't WAIT to go back!

The service was great. I also had the free frosty since I had the FOB. They really do a great job in making sure you get exactly what you order and the food was great. Only thing I didn't get my receipt.

Love the baked potato and chili for a quick meal and also the chocolate frosty! The Aiea store is quick and the Pearl City, Puuloa is very busy but all the stores have very friendly service and employees.

Ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich just the regular one had some heat!! It was so good.

I like having another option to get Chili besides Zippy's (love both). Food came out hot fresh and delicious. Had to wait a little while between ordering and getting my food but it wasn't as packed as the Wendy's by the airport.

I'm happy that Wendys offers regular non season fries as an alternative with their breakfast combos. For me the seasoned potatoes were too spicy and strong for me.

Of all fast food restaurants, I prefer Aiea's Wendy's! Not only are their food always "deluxe", but they are considerate of my latest big order & made it convenient for me to carry everything myself... drinks INCLUDED! McDonald's, Burger King and Jack-in-the-box has no care of how big the order is or the client's convenience.

Tried there spicy chicken sandwich. Was very good and not too pica... also had a small chili rice, great for a quick bite when you are on the go. Wish we had a Wendy's here in Kaneohe.
