The people who work here are absolutely amazing! Went in the other nite and the lady had been robbed and store was blocked off her first concern was the customers and getting everything safe first and foremost this lady need a raise!!!

I'm reading some of the recent reviews and it looks like maybe GameStop listened and hired a new manager cause the lady who was managing, Christy, did an exceptional job at the front. She was having to help multiple people at the same time and acknowledged us all. She was super sweet with my son and helped him with pricing and options with the Pokémon packs. He left feeling like he'd really scored on his purchase. Great job :)

Visited Game Stop today with my son to check out some Pokemon cards. The employee who helped us, Keegan, was incredibly knowledgeable about Pokemon and Nintendo games, as well as engaging and helpful. He even gave the small promo we earned directly to my kid and made him feel special during our entire time in the store! Thank you GameStop and Keegan for the great experience!

The man working there was super helpful. We was informed when it came to games. He told my and my daughter about games he thought she would like based on her are and likes. He was able to answer all our questions.

Helpful employees, they had no issues answering my questions and helping me find what I needed. I was quite pleased with the customer service here. They sell both new and used video games, new and used video game consoles, and a nice collection of collectables along with some some computer products. With a nice selection of products and a helpful staff, zero issues coming here again.

I have visited GameStop many times and everything is so easy to find and I have never had any problems with the employees they always help me find the stuff I'm looking for 5 stars for sure

Traded in my Xbox here and was actually very surprised by how much I got for it. The two girls working there were a pleasure to talk to. I took a picture of this hilarious fill in the below picture.

GameStop is my jam. The young woman and man working the store were super friendly. I came in at a really slow time and they were very cheerful and helpful. There was a help wanted sign on the window, so I asked about it. They seemed very happy to work there, and the key person answered my questions. I was more curious than anything. I browsed the selection to kill time. I didn’t intend on buying anything, but I saw a cool Spider-Man shirt and got that. This might be my new store, since I’ll be working nearby. Thanks.

Kegan was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me with a return and helped guide me towards a new game that was better suited for me. A great place to shop for game software.

Omg, been coming to this store for 3 years now. Freaking love their employees and Manager Jesse, they always go out of their way to provide the best service. Sometimes the store gets packed and transactions can take a bit longer but I always tell them I’m in no rush, it’s retail line duh it happens. Always end up joking with them and chit chatting when store is slow. Jesse, Bailey (I miss you!!), Nik, & Steven y’all are awesome! Thanks for being so helpful every time we are there, I love my home store. Also, sometimes mail messes up on pre orders and takes longer to be delivered, please don’t take it out on them that’s out of their control.

Pretty much the only gamestop I frequent, all of the employees are very friendly and seem to know alot about even the most obscure games I'm checking out. I buy all my games and accessories from this location for Xbox, P.S, and Nintendo!

I have been here a few times. Every time I have a wonderful experience. Staff is freaking awesome and extremely helpful. I don't play games I just buy them for a friend, I'm never really sure what I'm doing and the staff always know what to do and want I need. I've never walked out of the joint without a smile on my face... definitely recommend this location to others. 10 stars is what they need. Great location. Great service and awesome prices.

The employees at this store are total video geeks & they rock! I do not always know what I am talking about when buying for my kids & I get the BEST customer service. These people don't lie to you just to sell you something, they give an honest opinion. Also, they will go the extra mile to help you get the best deal possible.

This has been my home store for a few years now. Staff is friendly, awesome and knowledgeable. Every time I come in they inform me of any preorders on the horizon that might interest me as well as games in development. I never feel rushed, even when they are busy. Great shop!

One of the better Gamestop stores I have been to. Staff was very helpful, and I was finally able to pick up some things I had been looking for and unable to find a few other places. Store was clean, well lit, and not overly loud. Some things were in less intuitive positions in the store than they could have been, spread across multiple areas, but everything was tidy.

Employees were chill and helpful. I picked up an item I ordered with no problems, but asked if they had another item in stock, spur of the moment. They didnt have it but referred me to another store. They didnt try to upsell or tell me no and leave me out to dry. They went above and beyond and it was awesome they helped me out like that. Kudos to them!

I love this location always super friendly and helpful when I need it. They are never pushy trying to sell me anything I don't want like some of the other locations. One employee in particular here is the coolest and I always enjoy working with him.
