Great coffee and can’t beat the price.Most importantly they have the best staff.Always so nice,they go above and beyond.I’ve been to other locations but hands down Madison has the best team of workers,always leave in a good mood.

Employees here are always extremely friendly. A lot of the times they greet you when you walk into the store (what gas station still does that?). Also, $1 iced coffee which always hits the spot!

This place starts my day out right. I typically go in for a morning coffee and am always greeted with smiles and good mornings from the staff...regardless of who is on duty. The stores is clean, bright and well organized.

I am not sure if the culture is driven by corporate (Cumberland Farms) or the local manager...most likely a combination of the two, but business schools could do a case study on this place.

Absolutely the BEST Cumbies on the shoreline!!! Great customer service. The manager Jen is awesome! Today I was waited on by Matt, Ian, Marisol and Nicolette...great crew. I'm in here at least once a day so I can't forget to mention Rich, Steph, Lori, Sam, Eric, Nick, Todd, Erika, Josh. Just a fabulous crew. And Free coffee Friday starts on October 13th. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I can't remember what life was like before Cumberland Farms came to town. Prepared foods keep getting better all the time. The coffee has always been great

I love this store.. It is a must stop for my gas coke and pizza.. I am greeted by friendly smiles always.. This is a great team.. The store is always fronted and my products are always available.. Just off 79 and the Post Road.. Get what you need on your travels.. Only a few miles from hammonasset State Park... Ejoy. 🔤😀😀😀🐟🐡

These kids are the best! They carry my grandma's groceries to the car and helped my uncle sign up for smart pay!

Conveniently located, but expensive. A local once told me that this station is the cheapest in town; if that is true, the other gas stations around here must be exorbitant.

If I can get much less expensive fuel, then I'm happy to go to Guilford to the off-brand gas station on the Post Road; I don't mind traveling the extra distance.

Had to give it 1 star today but it only deserves a big zero, 🥲. I was coming here twice a day for my iced coffee, 5 out of 10 there is none, usually, I'll ask the employee, and he comes over and makes it, no problems. I'm patient and can wait.

Today there was none in all 4 iced coffee pots, I asked the employee, and all I got was a rude, if there is none in it, then there is none!!!

Nothing like, hey, whatcha need?, I was doing trash but can get you that right away?...NOPE, none of that, no communication, just rudeness. Then he starts to make one pot, I'm confused, you just said we are out!?, But the communication is very poor, I actually waited, but still no communication and he was only making one, one I don't drink.

So it's off to someplace else, maybe he was just having g a bad day?, I'll just pray either way. You just don't treat people like that in this business.

It's sad as now I'll probably never come to this location anymore and I'm a loyal Cumberland Farms patron.
