We woke up to one of our cell phones not working correctly. It did some of its functions but not everything. We headed down to the Verizon store in Madison with fingers crossed. We were lucky enough to be helped right away. Through knowledge and determination our problem was solved!!!! We couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff is terrific. The store is well stocked and very clean. It’s easy to get to as it’s in between I-95 and the Boston Post Road on route 79. Turn down the road that Webster Bank is on the corner of. Turn as if you’re going to the bank and drive past the bank and you’ll see the entrance and parking. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. Brandon couldn't have been more helpful & knowledgeable. New Galaxy and new iPhone, added an additional line, transferred data. Best part was alerting us to some truly amazing deals. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Joseph was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in to say I wanted the new Sansung S24 Ultra. The store was not crowded, so no waiting. I got his full attention. He was very knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions. He called me directly when my new phone was in. Again, he took care of me right away when I came back. He handled transferring all my data seamlessly. No issues at all. I love my new phone and will always go to VERIZON in MADISON, CT. Thank you!

Joe tackled a difficult problem that I presented with gusto. It took almost 3 hours, but he did it. Simultaneously, he assisted other customers. The level of expertise while multi tasking was absolutely amazing to see. I am very thankful.

Brandon provided us with highly personalized and professional service, staying well beyond closing time to get our phones fully operational. Explained to Richie what I was interested in and the limitations of trying to do it I had online. Richie better explained my current plan and itemized the changes. I was able to drop two things and trade in my phone to get a plan, phone, and tablet that fit my budget. I really appreciated Richie's thorough review of what I currently had and what I wanted to end up with so that I left with the plan and product that work for me at a price I can afford. He also helped with transferring everything on both the tablet and phone. I'm totally satisfied with my experience at the Madison Verizon store.

My experience at the store was absolutely fantastic. Although there were a few significant hurdles to having a streamline customer experience (the Internet being completely down, rude customers, etc.), the main worker, Joe, was helpful, patient, and everything you would want in customer service. Even though the Internet was completely down for hours, Joe took it upon himself to use his own personal cell phone as a hotspot to transfer data from several customers, including myself, to their new phones, and didn’t complain once. Joe, and the other associate at the store, should be commended for professionalism and patience.

Joe was AMAZING!! He helped us for hours with our new phones and plans, all while helping other customers as well!! He was by himself all day and was extremely patient the whole time with us and with every customer that came through the door!! He really knows what he’s doing as well and seemed like he could successfully help with every problem!

My husband and I were helped by Joseph on Sat 12/16 for a multi step process and he was wonderful! He was the only rep working at the time, and he was able to juggle the incoming calls, manage roughly over 6 walk in customers, and assist us all while remaining organized, professional, resourceful, friendly, polite, and patient. We look forward to returning to this location for future needs because of the great experience we had (especially with it being the holiday season)!

Courteous and helpful. They made for a seemless transition to a new phone. They only had one employee working, so it was a little slow, but he did a good job compensating for his lack of help.

In all of my years of having Verizon service, I have NEVER encountered a better guy than Ritchie in Madison, CT. He went above and beyond to take care of us. When we entered the store we were greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. He was also assisting at least three other people at the same time but still managed to be pleasant to us. He was kind, patient and quick to explain everything we needed to know to make our decision. He went out of his way to provide exceptional service, including staying with us an hour past closing to ensure everything was done properly. I’d give him 6 stars if I could. Stop in and see Ritchie to take care of all your Verizon needs. He is a great human!

I bought a new iPhone and Brandon provided excellent service. He found me the most cost effective solution and was able to answer all of my questions.

Brandon was very thoughtful and explained everything so I new what needed to happen. Would highly recommend him he is a very good Verizon representative.

Joseph spent almost 2 hours after closing getting my new phone set up. Felt awful for making him work late on a Sunday night, but he was totally cool about it. So if anyone from Verizon corporate is reading this, give this man a nice bonus and fat raise!
