AT&T Store

Five hundred stars for the customer service we received from Connor! He was the only person working in a slammed store, but he was a pro multi-tasker and took care of every customer with ease and expertise. Our move into a First Net family plan was a little complicated and took us a couple of hours and a little past store closing, but Connor made sure we left the store with the task complete and all questions answered. Connor went above and beyond for us and every customer in the store while we were there, he deserves high praise and recognition!

Connor was the sales associate that assisted me. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to multitask between customers and never got flustered. I would highly recommend him.

The service Connor provided was excellent!!! He's smart courteous and patient. He's very well mannered even though he was completely overtasked being alone with so many customers. I thorough recommended him for good notice and appreciate his work.

Doug and Connor at the AT&T store in Clinton CT were excellent to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. I went in to upgrade my phone but I left with a new phone & a smaller bill than when I walked in! Each of these men took their time to answer my questions, look over my account, and make sure I left the store informed & happy! I have never had such a seemless, enjoyable experience when upgrading my phone. They made sure my bill was as low as possible while also giving me all the information on sales and ways to save money on my new phone. I have never in my life been able to walk away with a new phone and have my bill be smaller than when I walked in. I will be trusting the Clinton AT&T store with all of my cellphone needs in the future & highly recommend you stop in to talk to Doug and Connor yourself!

Connor made transferring into at&t a breeze!

For context, I was transferring from Verizon (because they suck) into an existing AT&T account, using a new unlocked phone that I got from a different vendor. I am generally a nervous wreck doing these type of administrative operations, but Connor was so low key, friendly and knowledgeable! My confidence in customer care has been restored! Makes me feel I made the right decision to move to at&t.

Connor made our experience at AT&T in Clinton very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and professional. All of our questions were answered.

Customer service at store was great. The two there were helpful and patient with me. They were willing to help me get the best price, even if their store wasn’t getting credit for the sale. Highly recommend!

Kim provided my family and I great customer service answered every single question, concern or thought we even had. Kim went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Our experience with Kim was great, smooth, and fast. I know times are difficult right now for retail employees so I appreciate everything Kim did for us. Thank you for your outstanding work!

The woman sitting outside to welcome folks uncomfortable about going in did a super job greeting anyone who came and addressed the issues. She used her colleagues to assist while managing more than 1 customer at a time. Very professional and made me comfortable during my first retail visit since quarantine.

Came into the Clinton, Ct store w some questions and was helped by Nadeen who was an absolute Godsend. Hubby and I were confused about a few different things. She took each question one by one and explained the answer in detail until we understood.
She was pleasant, kind and funny. She is definitely our go-to person from now on when we are visiting the store.

I’m not an AT&T customer, but I stopped into the store for help with my iPhone after a day of shopping at the outlets. I was first greeted by a gentleman named Bill, who was very nice, though with a customer. After a few minutes, Nadeen came to help me with my question. Even though I’m not an AT&T customer! She had no problem helping me with my issue, and when she was unable to figure it out, getting the store manager Ronald involved! After I’d say, 20 or so minutes, my phone was functioning properly, and I was on my way. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to those employees and who knows, maybe I’ll return to switch to AT&T in the future!

Needed a new phone asap.. with Brandon’s awesome help got a new phone set up very quickly. He is the best! Thank you much!!

Such a wonderful store! I always get great service. Bill has been my representative for years and is so helpful and knowledgeable. So nice to have a local store be friendly and committed to making sure I leave satisfied.

The store was short staffed and very busy. The repersentive handled himself very well and took care of everyone's needs in a short time. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable..

Had to pay a pretty penny to upgrade wife and daughters phones but they broke them so... Amazing customer service and quality products. I was also able to add my mother-in-law to the family plan. All in all, great experience.
