Recently purchased a Rolex datejust 41 from the The Watch Trader, and had a great experience. This was my first Rolex purchase and Brendan was very knowledgeable and reassuring through the whole process. I wired first, then he shipped ; i received the watch the next day. Will definitely use these guys again for future purchases !

I made an appointment with the team to drop off a watch that needed repair after a local jeweler failed me. Not only were these gents able to fix my watch on the spot, but they also did it for free. Thankfully tips are accepted.
While I was there I also bought my dream watch, which was my hidden true reason for visiting.
I was able to view a few other pieces while there and they have some gorgeous watches in stock.
I don’t know when I’ll be in the market for another watch since I now own my favorite one, but this is the place I’ll go in the future for all my needs.

Their pricing was was more than fair and I will definitely recommend to friends and family when looking for a quality watch. Edit- called at 3:00pm and got a 4:00pm appointment for a watch bracelet adjustment. These guys again were incredibly proficient and met my needs. Highly recommend!!

I dropped off my Rolex GMT Pepsi after the crown broke off for repairs and was blown away by their honesty. Ryan was great from the start to finish. He pulled me in off the ledge when I thought it was going to be a major repair and it was pretty basic. Also awhile back they serviced a 1960s Omega Seamaster that was pretty beat up. Looks beautifully now. Nice to have this local with such an abundance of knowledge.

They knew what I was looking for and sourced exactly what I wanted at a price that was very competetive. I would recommend The Watch Trader to anyone who enjoys quality and being treated with respect throughout the entire timepiece buying experience. They make it fun and easy weather you are just casually hanging out browsing their selection or like me, pulling every Watch out of their case and trying them on. No pressure to buy but very helpful. It's worth the trip just to check them out.

I stopped by after a quick phone chat for a watch-strap adjustment. It's an unusual watch, made of wood. But Ryan made quick work of it. He was friendly and professional, and didn't charge me a cent. I tried to pay, but he wouldn't take my money. I hope to return!

I traded my datejust 41 for a new day-date 40. Brendan gave me a good deal for my datejust. He was super helpful and sourced that for me a new day-date in a day. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future and would recommend to anyone.
