I'm new to owning fish and needed a lot of help getting things set up. Kian in the fish department was great and answered all my questions

I ordered the cat food online and picked it up at the store. This is a great option. Curbside pickup is also available. The person who waited on me was very pleasant and helpful.

It was bad for me to get a new pet because it was permanently closed not reopened and temporarily closed and it moved to a new location and I used to work at the Middletown Petco I moved to newington

Leo and Georgia were groomed about a month ago with Olivia and Jackie. They were both excellent.

Brought my mini Aussie for grooming at the Guilford petco. This was his second time ever. We had Kimberly as our groomer both times. She was great. She completely understood the needs of Echo especially when it was his first time and she was very patient and caring with him. She made him calm and comfortable and got him used to the equipment in a positive manner. She always gives him a great cut. Aussies have an undercoat that needs to be maintained a certain way to protect his coat and she always does a wonderful job. He comes out of there smelling like a vanilla milkshake Everytime. I would highly recommend Kimberly if you are bringing your pet here!

I knew what I wanted, found it quickly and checked out in a minute. The associate at checkout this time was very personable, friendly and engaging.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, the rates were reasonable and the groomer did an excellent job on my Sheepadoodle!

They have everything for pets you can think of an good selection too

The store is located in an easy to get to area. It’s on the Boston Post Road and close to I-95. The store was well stocked and clean. Obviously it’s also dog friendly. Plenty of parking available. It’s located in a small shopping center that has a grocery store, Ulta, Michaels, Panera Bread etc.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Products are easy to find. I had a back problem and the largest sizes of the Royal Canin food are difficult for me to lift. The staff is very gracious about helping me get them to my cart and then out to my car.

Super easy and quick when you order online and don't have time to go to shop. The customer service was very, very good and they store employees were so professional and helpful. First time ordering or going to the Guilford CT location due to we just adopted two kittens. I told them all I will be coming back. Very clean and they observe all the covid precautions very, very well.

The Clinton Petco is not recommended. Poorly managed.

After being unable to get an appointment with "top notch groomers" who had no time available for my large Shiloh Shepherd with Degenerative Myelopathy, the same condition in humans is called ALS, I decided to try PetCo in Guilford. The two young ladies offered advice as well as listened to mine. Not everyone is familiar with Shiloh Shepherds, especially with DM. These two will go a long way in this field. Caring and gentle. You go girls!!!

Had what I needed although a bit pricey.

Rachel did an outstanding job clipping the nails of my two dogs. One dog is shy and fearful and Rachel talked to her throughout and was gentle. It was a good experience for the dog. The other dog is a golden retriever who was all over her with tail wagging and enthusiastic greeting and she somehow managed to do a good job of trimming his nails too. She was the best groomer we've experienced in terms of her personality and attitude toward the dogs, and did a great job:)

We have been shopping at Petco off and on for 25 years. They have been great filling our needs.

I would like to thank Gabi of the grooming staff so much, she is always so good with my little girl Cinnamon "Mini". She goes in for regular nail trimming and Gabi is always so patient with her, and handles her as if she were her own fur-baby. Thank you to the staff of Guilford Petco, you have always been so helpful to me and my many animals 🐶🐺🐦🕷💛

Great clear store. Staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable in the depts I shopped. I would recommend this Petco location highly. Very nice!!

The employees were super helpful! I was trying find a harness to fit my dog and they helped me right away!! I also have a dog with picky food habits and they gave me great pointers!! Plus they gave lots of love to my dog!!
