Tami H was very educated and helped me beyond the services I privously received from other cell phone plans, she helped me when I wasn't tech savvy, she got me in and out quickly. She helped me with all my Needs above and beyond and got me in and out the door with a working phone I didn't really need to do anything.

Stopped by to make sure we had the best plan, as we are long time customers, and the staff was friendly and attentive! Thank you! Cricket provides great service and is an excellent value.

Store manager did everything to set my phone up. I could not have asked for better service. She was extremely knowledgeable about the phone and even set up setting how I wanted them.

They were super helpful on helping me get a new phone for my mom they even helped set it up put the phone case on the tempered glass on they were very nice and very friendly.
