Juliano's Pools

Our inground pool has had a leak for the past 10 years. We have had several pool leak detection companies tell us there was no leak. One even plugged our main drain saying that was the issue. It was not. Pool continued to leak. Adding water almost daily was a major pain! We had basically given up but we thought let's give Juliano's a try. We had already thrown more than $2000 at the leak, what's another $1000? Best decision ever! Scheduled for a Tuesday and they showed up on Tuesday. Good start. I wish I remembered their names but the two gentlemen were very professional and got right to work. Good communication throughout the process and guess what? No leak! So far so good. Would definitely recommend!!

Quality workmanship like no other. And the service team is top notch. Had and opening issue spoke to Lauren and serviceman Scott was at my house before the end of business. Addressing all concerns and ensure the pool is 💯 % operationally before leaving. Thank you Scott it’s always a pleasure with Julianos team !

Pool Closing-Thank you again for another very professional job. Everything went perfect from arrival to your finishing details. The team that arrived was prompt, super knowledgeable, and very patient with explaining every question I had & all the last minute details any first time pool owner should know before closing time arrives. Throughout the year we are and have been truly grateful you carry what you believe in and what works best for every kind of problem....including ordering supplies in advance for our needs. Update: Light Bulb replacement- Juliano's team (front store to service crews) is highly recommended here. Again another 5 star, felt like Christmas moment when their expert techs Fred & Joel came back to finish an error by the previous owners of this pool bc they didn't have to. We are so thankful that you have weeded out your riff raff and are OUR best pool co in this part of our state. You guys rock!
1st review - May 2022 -Early in the year we booked Juiliano to come open our pool as we are 1st time pool owners and we can honestly say that from finding Juliano's to working with Juliano's, ~we have found the perfect pool company for us. Their on site service here to correct a not easily fixable problem was a 3 visit opening plus handfuls of phone calls with us and on our behalf to find the parts we needed. This problem easily could have cost us thousands had they been a dishonest company. Attention to detail, knowledge, experience, and pride in their work earned them a 5 star review from our household... Our sincere thanks go to their family team for the many hours they invested in helping us choose them over their competitors. We are extremely grateful for your time and compassion through our "urgent ordeal." To Mr. Pool and tech team ~ you guys are rocket scientists! ....and you probably don't even know it! Scott went the extra mile in getting my pool up and running. I give it 5 star rating and Scott as well. The service department was wonderful in understanding my needs and my concerns.

The techs that came out to get our pool up and running were great, very helpful and professional. Our pool was a big job (looked like it hadn’t been opened in years and there was a little tree growing through the liner) but they got it so clean and new looking! My husband and I don’t know much about caring for pools but they answered all my questions and I feel comfortable going to them with any new questions.

First time pool owner and let me tell you, I couldn't be more pleased with everyone at Juliano's. They walked me through every detail, kept me in the know with each step and were consummate professionals from beginning to end. Special shout out to Scott G., the manager overseeing and navigating the construction of my 'boss pool' from beginning to end-what a class-act! He was always around at appropriate milestones, answered my questions throughout the day, nights and weekends and overall, struck the perfect tenor of professionalism and friendliness. I wish all service industries could clone him! You all have set an awfully high bar and.I am grateful.

Juliano's went above and beyond for us when the pool cover we ordered from them was delayed by the manufacturer.

We ordered a safety cover through juliano's that should have arrived in late September / early October, but the manufacturer kept pushing the ship date back, and it didn't arrive until the beginning of December. It was stressful to have the pool still open so late in the season and frustrating that the shipment was repeatedly delayed. Juliano's was very understanding and offered to close our pool for free when the cover eventually arrived.

When it came time to close the pool, the guys that came out were very helpful. They took care to put the equipment away where I asked them to, and made sure not to clean the filter in the middle of my lawn. Apparently the plugs for the return jets that the previous pool company had used to close the pool were not appropriate for our jets, so they ran back to the shop to get us the right plugs. The pool also had a bunch of leaves in it because the closing was so late, and the guys helped me clean them all out while waiting for the water level to drop to the appropriate level.

Although I was pretty frustrated that the cover arrivived so late, this was not something juliano's had any control over, and they did everything they could to make up for it. I really appreciate how they handled this situation, and the extra effort they put in while closing my pool.

Our new house came with a new to us inground pool, we knew nothing about pools. We call the pool company that had serviced the pool for the previous owners, they never called us back. We went to the store with a water sample and the Clerk had no clue of what I wanted.
So we call Juliano’s Pools in Vernon and spoke with Sarah the Store Manager. She suggested I bring in a water sample and they would test if for free and give us advice on how to move forward. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, she directed us to the correct chemicals that we needed to get our pool on track. So we had a great summer swimming in a clean pool.
We also spoke with Mike in the Service Department regarding a new safety cover for our pool. He suggested a Loop-Loc mesh safety cover because we have kids and dogs. He was great!! He guided us through the processes very well.
They have given us the BEST Customer service, and we highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

A Juliano's represent diagnosed the problem for me on the phone, scheduled an appointment within 3 days and the filter problem was fixed by a very profesional team. We had called several other pool maintenance companies and none of them even answered the phone. The one that did never called back to schedule an appointment. We will turn to Juliano for all our future pool needs

After calling three pool companies; all of them located right here on the shoreline, (my calls began back in April), I finally called Juliano's Pools. I wish I had called them first!! Unfortunately, three of the four that I chose to give my business to fell through for various reasons. They either never showed up, showed up but never followed up with a quote, or did damage to my liner and never mentioned it and left. Then that same company, that damaged my liner, sent an email asking me to sign a waiver to remove all liability from them in case they were to tear my liner. (Needless to say, I won't be signing anything). This resulted in me calling a fourth company, Juliano's Pools. I'll say it again... I wish I had called them from the start. They were were at my house two days after I called. They called the night before to confirm the appointment and to provide a window of when they be here. The call came from a person, not an automated service. They fixed the section that needed to be fixed. No waiver! Great customer service (which is HUGE)! If you're unhappy with your pool company, or you're just starting out like me, I highly recommend JULIANO'S POOL COMPANY!!! Very satisfied customer!!! 🏊

Well, today the Juliano guys finished the final grading at my house. What an incredible experience! I have never worked with such a professional, hard working and fair company. Absolutely everyone I dealt with was great. Lead by the nicest guy, Brian, the construction, building and service teams all represent the company well. I cannot thank you enough for the amazing transformation!! Next week, the pool will be open, as long as it doesn't snow...!

Called Monday they fit me in right away and did not try to upsell me. Totally honest and reasonable.

My husband and I were impressed with the work ethic, accessibility, and professionalism Julianos pools provided our family with. The weather did not cooperate, but each and every person we interacted with was not phased by adversity and were confident that they would get their job done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install an inground pool.

just bought a house with a spa and had no clue what to do with it, Zack was the man, he was able to test my water and tell me exactly what I needed and how much to put in with a print out that laid it out. The store was very clean and well laid out. Thank you very much for help.

I stopped in with my cloudy water- they tested it, went over the results and didn’t try to sell me anything. The staff was friendly, diligent and patient with my questions.
