Giovanni, our sales manager, helped us with some upgrades at the Verizon Store in Marlborough. Based on his review of our account, we were able to upgrade the devices we needed. We truly admired his attention to detail and the way he explained the ins and outs of our account. He was extremely patient and kind. In our 31 years with Verizon business, we have never had this top notch support. We are satisfied customers and will definitely return and visit Giovanni with our future needs.

Giovanni is professional at his job..technically and personally. It was a good experience doing business with him. He shows a great deal of patience and addresses any concerns and questions in a timely manner. I will be comfortable referencing him to anybody.

I came in with a couple problems with my phone. Giovanni updated my phone first and then took care of the issues n a timely manner. He was very polite, patient with me and quite helpful.
