I went in here and was only buying over the counter stuff, but the pharmacist was so kind in helping me out figure out what I needed. He helped me to figure out that I did in fact have hives and recommended some Benadryl. I appreciate the time he took to help me

Love this location. The pharmacy staff is absolutely the best! They truly care about your well being. The store employees are fantastic as well.

Last week when I stopped in, Ann in the beauty department was so helpful and friendly! She was so knowledgeable about your store and the products that you carry. I will make this my go to Walgreens.

I was there today and there was a man, very rude and disrespectful, slapped coins on the counter when looking for change. We live here and have never seen such a bad cashier !

This place is a nightmare. Truly a gut wrenching cold sweat nightmare. They will give you the runaround and lie to you for weeks. I tried many other pharmacies in the state and thought they didn't care. This place should not be in business.

Wish I could give this pharmacy and pharmacist ZERO stars. Scheduled COVID test for travel, and the day before the test,, the pharmacist called to say they will not be opened so they have to cancel us. We went to them and they sent our info over to their East Hartford store. He said we were all set just show up in East hartford. Well, today we did and the EH pharmacy said the only info they had was for my husband! This after he personally took my info. They are not worth the white coat they wear. Now we are at Physican One Urgent care taking our test for tomorrow's travel. I would never ever recommend WALGREENS to ANYONE!!!

I wish I could give a Negative 5! Worst customer service by the supervisor and in turn blames me that I have an attitude. I hope the manager takes corrective action. Very unprofessional!

Can't get prescription dates correct from doc. Looks like pharm makes up their own dates. Doc. looking into this, changing doc dates??
