AT&T Store

We were there to upgrade our phones. The manager , Caleb, took good care of us. He was knowledgeable, polite, and quick. I would recommend others use this store

I went to the store extremely frustrated with ATT. I was greeted by both employees and was lucky to have Brian be my customer service representative. Professional, well spoken and super knowledgeable about product and plans, Brian had me laughing and instead of parting ways with ATT he had me in a plan that suited my needs and picking a phone that suited my wants. He had me laughing and in no time it felt like I had never been frustrated at all I had definitely made what I consider a new friend.

He went above and beyond by finding out what my frustrations were so that he could make sure they were addressed and not something I had to just deal with. I really CAN NOT say enough about this spectacular young man. I was ready to switch to Verizon that. Day.

I hope that Brian is as recognized by management because he is definitely an asset to your company.

Anytime I need to go to the ATT store I won't be dreading it, instead I will be looking forward to seeing Brian again.

My experience as a new customer was amazing. I’ve been with AT&T for years, and needed to upgrade my phone and a few other things. Right off the bat I was greeted with a friendly hello and welcome, and these employees went above and beyond. Specifically the store manager “Monica.” This wonderful person helped me tremendously and made my time at the store enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked a million questions and she knew the answer to them all. Bar-None, hands down the best AT&T store I’ve EVER been to, thanks again and a HUGE shoutout to Monica and her sidekick.

The team was awesome helped me set up my small business with 2 lines and 2 tablets a few months ago. Service way better than the other carriers in the area super cool than ks!

The Sales Ladies were very friendly and so pleasant to talk with! The were very knowledgeable on the phones that I and my husband were looking at,and even thinking of upgrading our phones too! I will be going back to get help in my upgrade, I hope everyone' s experience there is as wonderful as ours!

Walking in, we were greeted with a clean, well organized store and friendly faces on the staff. John stepped up and listened to what I wanted, recognized my daughter would also qualify for the promotion that was being offered, and waited while I called her and she joined us. Two new iPhones later, we are thrilled with our savings and the personal attention John gave us even at the end of the day. It’s wonderful to have such quality right here in Springfield instead of having to go into Clarksville or Nashville.

John was wonderful. Helped to direct me on how to get the technical help I needed, when to call and what to ask for. Shortest and most productive service call. Thank you so much John for your quick and easy instructions on what we needed.

Monica is one of the greatest employees I have ever had experienced in the store. She was handling two customers at once and not once did she get confused on the task she was dealing with. She even helped me and my wife after closing. If her manager is reading this, she definitely deserves more than what she is making salary wise. Hell, give her a promotion also. I will be continuing my business with her everytime.

I had a couple of issues today (Feb 12 2021) concerning some transactions. If it wasn't for Monica and Courtney helping me out, I probably wouldn't have gotten them resolved. They did everything they could do to help me. They are honestly the best customer service representatives that I've had the pleasure of working with. I live in Clarksville this location is in Springfield, because of our interactions I will definitely make the drive just to work with them. They were very professional, knowledgeable and like I said the best CSR I've gotten to work with. I will DEFINITELY suggest this location. Great people who know their jobs and do what it takes to make sure your issue is resolved and you leave smiling. I will most definitely be back.

Brian is really the best he took the time to diagnose My phone problem and explain why is was having that problem I will come back here for any of my problems !

I came in the other day and mrs monica helped me out. She was so helpful and patient with me. She was also very knowledgeable. She has definitely gotten me as a permanent customer.

This location has gone through so many staff changes and managers. I was shocked to hear Vince was no longer there, he was an asset to this location. The new to me crew was efficient, kind, and all seemed to work well together.

John, Courtney, and Caleb were extremely helpful and super nice. We will decently be back to this AT&T store.

My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones. We were greeted professionally. Vince, our agent listened to what we were needing, crunched some numbers to find the best plan for our family. He was friendly and knowledgeable of the products and plans.

John and Caleb were outstanding and very knowledgeable . Both were very patient and professional with my new phone purchase.

I spoke with Vincent regarding a billing issue. I was greeted as soon as I walked in although he was with another customer. Great customer service! I have been in the store previously and seen others treated poorly with from staff. I can see the improvements!!!

Went in and spoke to Monica before close today about a new family plan. Absolutely amazing customer service!!! I definitely recommend this store and if you go ask for Monica!
