Well I travel all over Tennessee with my job. I've been to almost every location shopping with harbor freight. So far outta all the years I've stopped in for a quick in and out this has to be the friendliest and fastest stop I've had and that's saying something because they where very busy! Good job

Awesome customer service. Something you can't seem to find anymore. They asked if they could help find something and took me straight to the product I was looking. Previously had visited a store who carries the same product but no one seemed to care. Kudos to Harbour Freight I'm now a customer.

Very clean store and well stocked. The associates have always been helpful and patient. Of the many HFs I've shopped at this has been my favorite.

We drive from Clarksville because this store in Springfield is so much better. They have a much better selection and the employees are much more helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of waiting three weeks to get a welder this store actually has them in stock.

Their club program is pretty good.... and had no problems returning/swapping items. Been doing a helluva home remodel and this has been incredibly helpful!

We ordered an item on December 19th to be shipped to home. February 28th, still no item. We called corporate and they said it is in Springfield and had the Springfield manager call us back. Springfield said they could ship it ASAP. We offered to pick it up same day, which we did. Kara was super helpful and made it right. We appreciate the professionalism. Working with Kara was a pleasure.

Harbor Freight Tools... what more can you say, great tools at great prices. You will find that some of their selection may be of lesser quality made, but by all means will get jobs done. My go to tool supplier for tools I may need but don't use daily.

Awesome location. Staff is always helpful here. Stuff is organized well enough in the store, and its kept pretty clean. Never have I had any issues of any sort here.

Always a great experience at this location. Jerrica has always been able to answer any of the questions I've ever had when visiting this store. Friendly staff and always ready to help the customers unlike a few other stores I've been in.

How's everything I needed more

We went in for clips for our pool. We needed 57 they had 24 so I asked the guy if he had anymore and he said no. We took what we had and went to check out. The girl Victoria asked if we found everything, I told her yes but not enough of them. She looked it up on their computer and they did have more. Thank you Victoria. You saved us from making a trip else where. Harbor Freight I hope you realize what a treasured employee you have.
