Dunkin Donuts

I will give 5 stars to the staff at this location, they are always great. The broken equipment does not fall on the staff, that falls on the owners. I never blame the staff when something is broke, it puts a lot of extra stress on the staff as they are the ones blamed. The issue with this location is not their fault, once again it is the owners. The donuts are not prepared at this location, they are trucked in from another state and you can tell, that is why they lose the donut business to The Donut Palace across the street. You would think the owner would step it up and be some competition instead of not even trying. Once again, staff gets to hear it about the donuts and you have people sitting in an office that have probably never waited on a customer in their life making all these decisions about what this location needs. In that office the decisions are based on money, not what is the best for the customer and the best on the staff as it would lessen the stress on them. I think they need to come out of that office and run this non stop location for a couple of weeks and I bet some things would change pretty quick. They do the best they can with what they have. I think they need to be flooded with requests at corporate to make what they are selling in house and not truck it in from Georgia, no telling what has crawled over it while it makes it's way to Tennessee. Better step it up DD, you have The Donut Palace taking your donut customers and Starbucks is opening here also, there will be to many other choices if you don't improve the quality.

These workers do their best, they're very busy.

I'm giving the 5 stars to the two young ladies Mkay and Holly I just worked a 13 hour shift and just wasn't feeling the morning drive back home so I stopped in to get some coffee & donuts and both those young ladies were just so heart warming and sweet to me. I was in there for maybe 6 min and in those minutes they made my whole day so much better. So if you ladies read this thank you so much and keep up the hard work!! I would also like to reach out to the manager and thank you for hiring these young ladies!🙂

Love this location! The crew here is awesome! I am one of the few who get dark roast and every time I come here it's brewed fresh! Staff greets me by first name and is pleasant and on point with my order! I recommend this location.

My drinks & food are always on point just the way I like them. People are friendly & polite. I usually tip a dollar because of the service & product. I forgot my wallet one time & they gave me my large caramel cold brew w/ whip for free

Dunkin' is a great alternative to the higher-priced Starbucks, with similar food quality and selection. This particular restaurant is part of a gas station, but is still worth visiting. The menu has plenty of sweet coffee variants and quick food options. I'll definitely go back.

I have been living in Springfield since July 2016 and coming to dunkin donuts everyday.
The staff has taken care of me on every visit.
I enjoy the fact that they say good morning to me by name. I am in the restaurant business and know that regulars or new customers are what make repeat business great. Thank you to the staff for all their great servive.

Delicious!!! The Beyond Sausage sandwich is fantastic and the doughnuts are great too!!! The woman who helped us was so kind and really seemed like she cared. Wonderful experience!!

The drive thru is always the way to go here especially if you have the app. The staff are friendly and efficient. They sure know how to get my iced latte just right!

Have been coming here a lot lately and I'm in love with the Bacon Egg Cheese Croissants. We really miss Hollisha L. at the Springfield location. She was one of the best employees here, a lot of our reasons for coming here everyday. How she could remember what every regular is gonna order and always go above and beyond doing her job. Please bring Holli back to Dunkin Donuts.

I go to this Dunkin store every morning and sometimes in the afternoon. Everyone there is very friendly and courteous. My coffee is just like I like it and their Iced Tea is fresh every time!

My boyfriend is currently the main baker on night shift. If you've got a late night craving for donuts, coffee, a bagel, or a breakfast sandwich pop in. He always gets your order right. Always gets mine right too. 😉

Predictably good stuff. Coffee and donuts. Can't go wrong there. The friendly people make all the difference in the world. Treyvon and Julie are wonderful. They make it a totally worthwhile venture. Thanks guys.

They have very good food and beverages We really miss HolliLisha there she was one of the best employees there in Springfield TN she would know what every regular costumer would order!😃 Please bring her back!

One of my favorite places. The staff is fun and nice. I go here at least twice a day. My life literally runs on Dunkin.
