[UPDATED 12/27/2022] | While it’s worth accounting many of the reviews as legitimate in their own rights, there’s some truth that this isn’t the most impressive site in the world, however and MORE NOTABLY, it’s ‘more than decent’ as I stated previously; to say, impressive isn’t effective enough to describe how great a place you have here.

It’s incredibly improved and is exponentially a more accurate representation of the company I knew it to be at the core, and since I previously posted a message regarding an issue I faced on-site.

They can definitely address and meet, most, if not nearly all, of it’s client’s needs, and is a far better location with more personable, friendly service.

It’s special b/c when you walk into most shops that are empty, you can feel a sense of vulnerability and exposure. It’s unique how you’re almost always going to find yourself 1:1 with the staff from the moment you walk in, but yet, it doesn’t feel at all awkward (that’s coming from a combat vet with some serious social anxiety).

Even down to the warm, perfectly-dimmed lighting, it’s more likened to walking into a home than a storefront. It’s clear there have been some changes and improvements over the last few months, with even the prices seeming lower and more competitive; it’s been great to continue coming here and witnessing the subtle changes.

Regardless, even if you’re not into the place or seeking the interactions, I’ve been able to come in and get out with product in under 3 min; it helps to know what you want, or you let them tell you what’s hot at the moment.

So, you can be in these places for less than 5, so to expect something more luxurious or upscale seems unreasonable and inequitable; still, it’s a “5-Star Shop”…EASY…on its average day; anything less is someone being petty, emotional, difficult, or “uppity AF.”

Get in, select, purchase, get-out, without any hassle or issues…99.99% of the time. It’s clean, organized, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, numerous Veterans are employed (that’s a great aspect and indicative of the work environment behind the scenes, and says a lot about the components of leadership and business management), and they have a healthy and diverse inventory, regularly updating and improving procure and prices.

I mentioned in the original post, “there was immense potential, but you need the buy-in of those you empower and entrust to carry out the day-to-day business initiatives,” and I am humbled to report that you indeed display this characteristic trait, and demonstrate it with extreme efficiency and efficacy.

[To those who think this post is anything other than my genuine and authentic feedback, or that this is amounting to some paid-based stunt, or any other nefarious thought, you’re in the wrong mindset. It’s not at all like this, and honestly, I’m not here to sway clients, I’m here to speak publicly, rather than privately to this business, just as I would if I was there personally. It’s just a modality I chose for this particular business. It’s a mindset, not a mirage.

I’ve always believed that companies do want to connect with clients and customers, and many genuinely do want our feedback. Nevertheless, just as I wrote my critical and rather cold critique, so too am I writing this: directly to the store management and honestly. That’s the tone and narrative. Rather than send an email privately, I’m sending it publicly. What better mode or modality in which to cultivate a perceived attitude about someone or something, than observing an objective and thought-out introspective, that’s supported not by AN experience, but rather a relationship of sorts. Not just one interaction, but numerous before I decided to update. It helps this be more consistent and objective, less emotional.

This place was right by our work and we were in need of Juice. We stopped at this palve and tried about 20 different flavors until we stumbled upon Strawberry Milkshake that we fell in love with. The guy was very patiencet with us and helped us out every step of the way and evern gave us this jucie as one of his own sugfgestions. So needless to say i will be back to this place whenever i am in need of juice!!

Not much of a selection but the prices aren't bad and they have more of the newer style vapes like the salt stuff.

Sometimes you walk into the store and you get judged by what mod you are using. Not here. The guys here are always helpful and nice. They'll ask "How may I help you?" Been going here for over a year and have finally noticed that their level of service does not drop. I would recommend new users, along with veterans, to pay this spot a visit at least once.

I was here a few months ago, making the change from a regular e-go (pen type) e-cigarette to a mechanical mod and had no idea where to begin, however, Vape & Co.'s incredibly knowledgeable staff was able to guide me though some set up steps, safety tips, and recommend me some excellent brands for mechanical mods and atomizers. Not only is the customer service here excellent, each member of the staff is truly devoted to the quality of their products and the courteous care of their customers. All the employees that I've met at Vape & Co. know their products in and out and will be more than happy to help you out should you have any questions. Best of all, their tasting bar is perfect for comfortable moments to browse for a new flavor, or to ask for recommendations if you choose. AUSTIN at Vape & Co. was not only able to provide to me hints and advice on a new mechanical mod build but likewise turned me on to new flavors and brands I never would have tried.
To all those who vape, are looking to begin vaping, or simply attempting to quit tobacco, Vape & Co. is the perfect place to settle. Superior service and an incredible menu will definitely win you over, and you can be sure to find exactly what it is you are looking for, whether it be a new flavor, device, or atomizer. Prices here cannot be beat, and the staff will always greet you with their utmost extent of knowledge and courtesy. Vape & Co. is truly the best in the O.C.

Sadly I live five miles from here and it's the closest vape shop but is a really great place. I get my vape juice here ever time just wish they would open a branch store or another vape shop closer to were I'm at. Like Woodbury town centre

Vape Shop super laid back. Not a smoke shop. Doesn't carry any tobacco products. Dudes are super chill here prices are reasonable. Definatly will be coming back soon.

Had to stop by after another local store gave me the wrong nic strength and the owner was extremely helpful and nice. If I lived in the area, this would be my go to shop, no doubt.
