There's the usual PFJ fare, chicken wings hot and cold sandwiches along with salads. There is also a Subway inside the store for another food selection.

The restroom was clean and well maintained.

The shower was a good size, very clean with lots of hot water and decent water pressure.

It's a small lot and maneuvering is not too bad.

Works around the clock . The shower was clean, we got it quickly, the staff is polite and friendly, the place is cozy and clean

This store is the nicest Pilot I have ever been in; immaculately clean, well stocked and organized and the personnel are all friendly and well trained. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Iowa. They had Iowa magnets and stuff whereas Sapp Bros didn’t have any, zip, zero, nada. The cashier at Pilot said, “I’m surprised!” Well, we searched, and even asked at the other place and were told no they didn’t have any. Only Pilot had them today. Real friendly cashier who greeted me and also checked out my merchandise and laughed at my jokes.

Great stopping place to stretch your legs, walk your dogs. Store has a variety of snacks and drinks. Nice place for semi also. Easy accessible has a subway.

Very nice truck stop, recently updated/renovated. Best shower Ive had in a while. Friendly staff and managers and the subway inside is also recently updated with friendly people working it. Solid place to stop, though I imagine at night this place doesnt offer a lot of places to park “creatively” once it fills up.

A year ago when this part of Iowa got flooded this truck stop closed for weeks. It's reopened remodeled and much nicer.

Clean, safe busy, overall a large set of amenities for gas, Subway, and a pizza bar and other nearby venues.

Lottery sold here too.

Finally I can say something good about a Pilot! The night shift Wed June 29. (8:20pm) girl working register with dark short hair had the best attitude and customer service I have Ever experienced at any pilot I've been to. Wish I had gotten her name. She deserves a raise! For once Pilot...you got something right.

I really like this location. The showers are nice and clean. Everyone is friendly here. They had a new hire at the counter and this girl Taylor i think was the manager. She was kicking ass helping everyone and very polite. I would come back just because of her. She did a good job taking care of everyone.

Good place I like that in a busy day I didn't have to wait to get a shower. They have hot and ready food. Plus subway... Showers were clean and well maintain. The store clerk's were vary nice and professional. I will surely stop here that next chance I have...

The lot is small and not designed very well but made really easy to get in and out of. Overall very clean and good service. Even the paper towel dispensers at the Palm side paper towel in them which is Rare! I had a free coffee coupon and I got a free coffee without them taking the coupon so I got another free coffee LOL. I probably won't use it though cuz I don't drink coffee so hit me up if you need a coffee😉

For a truck stop on a toll road you wont find a cleaner location. Bathrooms looked very clean, well lit parking lot. Had an issue at pump with my coorporate card and cashier tried until she got it to work despite long line. She could have blew me off as so many have before but was really courtious and patient. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Best tire specialists in Rock Springs. My dad thought that we needed a tire alignment but after hearing the symptoms they recommended that we do a tire balancing. Not only would it be faster but it would save us a lot of money. My dad agreed and after the tire balancing the tires were just fine. Not only did they save us time but they also saved us a lot of money. Highly recommend.

We had to go inside to pre-pay for gas, but after that it went smoothly. We were able to get in and out with a big moving truck and trailer without any issues.

Clean, friendly staff & great price on gas!( we paid $1.95) And! For traveling parents that have littles still in diapers, this location has a changing table in the women's restroom.

Great place to get gas with nice clean bathrooms. Competitive gas prices. Subway inside, as well as normal gas station amenities (pizza, coffee, snacks, drinks, etc.). Perfect for my family's travel needs.
