Best Western Nebraska City Inn

Once we got there we felt welcome, and friendly. They even helped us how to get around in Nebraska City.Breakfast was good, and I even finally got my biscuit and Gravy! Delicious!! I given them 5 stars andn2 thumbs up!

Loved that no pets are allowed. Staff could have been a tad more friendly. Loved the little vanity set. Room felt clean Convenient location.

BEST HOTEL EVER!! I LOVEEE the amazing customer service. The two sweet ladies at the front found me a room when I was driving all night long and couldn’t find anywhere else. They were so sweet. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. This place is a 10/10!!! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Made my day. Also, they have the best donuts ever in the mornings :)

We went to visit family and stayed at the Best Western because it was easily accessible from the interstate and close to family. Right from the gate, very courteous very professional and super accommodating when we asked for extra towels.
The room was clean for the most part. You could tell where somebody rubbed a little thing or two on the wall from their nose. I don't think I need to be specific. We always carry Clorox wipes with us, so we wiped it. No harm no foul problem solved.
We wanted to put some bottles of water in the refrigerator, but it was turned down. So my wife pulled it out so she can turn the temperature up and there had to been about a quarter inch of dust on top of the fridge. Again we used one of the towels, got it wet, wiped it.
The bed was clean, the sheets were fresh, the pillows were perfect. Yes, we pulled all sheets back including the top sheet to check the mattress to check the cleanliness of the sheets. Everything was perfect. When checking out, we told them what we found and we told them that we handled it and that the maid service needs to pay a little bit more attention to details as such. However, we will be back! Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in a long time keep up the great work!

Was checked in by Frankie and she was wonderful. She was quick to assist us and with a great personality. Gave us the room we wanted and was very witty when we were joking with her. Had great night's sleep there, thank you

Friendly, clean, well- stocked, tasty and healthy breakfast choices, and close to stores that travelers may need. ☆☆☆☆☆

Young girl working was very friendly. The room is a good size and is very clean. Location seems pretty quiet and is right next to a gas station and subway. Its also very close to restaurants just down the street. Beds are very comfortable.. pool is larger than most hotels my daughters enjoyed that a loy. Breakfast wasn't very impressive and was fairly cold when I got there. That would be my only complaint.

Absolutely fabulous! The desk staff night and day is amazing- pool and hot tub were great - breakfast was very good - rooms clean clean and spacious! Stop here for a great experience in your travels

I had to come to Ne City to be with family for a rather sad reason. I choose to stay at the Best Western because my husband and I usually try and stay at one wherever we go.
From the moment I checked in the front desk was professional. The rooms were clean and put together nicely. I ended up staying longer than expected and they were great about it. The hot breakfast in the morning was so nice to have. And the variety of tea was a bonus! The room was quiet and the channels offered on the t.v. were great even though I didn't watch a lot. I will definitely stay here again if I come this way. Thank you for a great stay Best Wester!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool water was a little cold but other than that it was a great stay. They also had free breakfast .

Great Stay!!! Again!!! Not a lot of options for hotels in this area, but this one is by far the best!! They are very accommodating with room details! Breakfast was good, hot and there were several options to choose from! Staff was friendly and helpful! Pool area, fitness center and breakfast area all well taken care of! Have stayed several times! Our go to place!!

Easy to find, rooms a little on the small side with just twin beds. However very clean, great customer service, pet and kid friendly, handicap accessibility. Good breakfast !!

Everything about this place is top-notch...the staff, the rooms, the breakfast...I can't speak highly enough about how we were treated during our stay.

One of the nicer hotels, especially a Best Western, I’ve stayed at in a while. Smallish overall hotel but, very well maintained updated accommodation with clean very spacious rooms, mine was a full suite with a wet bar, a couch, two TVs, and two air conditioners. I highly recommend this Best Western if you’re near Nebraska City. Again I’ve stayed at over a half-dozen BW locations all over the country this year and this was the Best Best Western of 2022 that I’ve been to.

Megaan at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had to leave as a family earlier than expected and she made sure we all had something to eat before we left. She was welcoming and kind. I appreciate that kind of service! We will be back. Clean comfortable hotel.

Very nice clean place. Most of the staff is very nice and friendly. Pool area clean and inviting. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms were hot, even with snow on the ground both we and our son had to turn the air on in our rooms But still a great room. Price is ok, not great, but you get a good continental breakfast!!

Older hotel, clean very clean. Pool and big Hot Tub. Friendly and excellent price for the Money. This was way cheaper than staying in Lincoln, NE.
If you in need of 2 rooms like we were you can get a joining rooms.
There is a Gas station for snacks and a subway next door. If you forget your swim suit there is a Walmart next to that. Great location right off the highway.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. We went to breakfast in the last half hour and the staff happily refilled the pancake/waffle batter for us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They even gave each one of our girls a 24 pack of crayons and a coloring book. All staff greeted us with a hello or good morning. It's right off highway 2, but it was still quiet. This was an awesome hotel with reasonable rates!
