I am absolutely thrilled! You have any employee there at the Olympic store in Springfield, Oregon. I believe his name is Caleb (maybe Kaleb). Anyway, from the moment I stepped into that store I had the best service from this gentleman. I've been a Cricket customer for years... I bought my first Cricket phone from a Grocery Cart convenience store more than 20 years ago. I'm all that time I have never had better customer service from Cricket than with this gentleman. You should be proud that you have someone like him in your company and take steps to secure him within it. He is super friendly, omg so patient, amazingly helpful, and just all around pleasant. He handled my issues two days in a row like a true champ. If you ask me he certainly deserves a raise ✓✓. No joke!!! I would hold onto that one!! Love Toby! He got all three of our phones ported over from Verizon in no time, was sweet, professional, funny, and knowledgeable about everything we were looking for. We also walked out with unlimited talk, text and data, hotspot coverage and covered calls to Mexico and Canada included for less than Verizon charged for half the features. I really can't say enough about the customer service at this store, I highly, highly recommend!

I went in to purchase a phone and it was busy. The one I wanted wasn't available anymore. The 2 young ladies and the young man (along with the supervisor) went above and beyond to get me the phone I requested. Not only did each and every one ask if I was being helped while I waited, they were friendly and super-humanly patient with the few rude and impatient customers. One of the associates took the care and time to meticulously explain a ladies phone issues with her, not once getting frustrated or impatient when she wasn't understanding. This store is busy for a reason, these guys are great with customer service. Thank you for my new phone.
