Supplement Superstore

I LOVE that there's a smoothie bar at this location. It was nice to be able to grab a Nutrition and healthier option for being on the go to help supplement the daily intake. The store is clean and organized. Inventory is stocked up things you need. Bathrooms are also clean. There's a claw machine that isn't user friendly (🤣🤦‍♀🤣) but still fun to try. I probably spent over what I needed to while I was here but thankful that there were so many options outside of 1st Phorm as well. Staff is super nice and transparent about their products. The guys from Springfield helping out during Summer Smash weekend were all super nice and helpful and I appreciate then giving me their honest opinion on products. Looking forward to seeing you guys expand into Texas!!

Casey has generally assisted me and has excellent knowledge and insight to help me reach my goals. Everyone that works there is equipped to help any variety of needs that walks through the doors. If you haven’t, I suggest you give them a chance. They could help you take a proper step in changing your life.

I love my monthly trips into SS!! The staff is amazing! They are always so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure they ask you about your day and anything fun going on. They are very passionate about their job and super helpful with the knowledge they know about each of the products on the shelves. Last but not least, I love the personal handwritten thank you card I receive in the mail after my visit! Keep up the great work!

First time in a supplement superstore and loved it. Big, open, clean, tons of products. The store associates all introduced themselves and shook my hand, super friendly and helpful. I had one of their smoothies and it was fire. Will be back regularly

I always have a great experience at SS in Chesterfield. Justin is super helpful and took time to review a diet plan with me and recommended supplements to support my goals. Love the smoothie bar and every drink I’ve had there has been delicious! They also have some of the “rare” Primes if you have a kid obsessed with Prime drinks. :)

I recently stopped at the Chesterfield location. Willis assisted me. He is always so in tune to help and definitely ready to answer any question I have with so much knowledge of the question I have, and the supplement I am inquiring about. I have had several surgeries throughout the years, and I will be having my second shoulder replaced 4/12, followed by two knee replacement all this year. He offers advice on products and backs the product up with facts on how it works to get the results I am looking for. I would give much praise to the founder and leader of the SSS, Mr. Andy Frisella. I have been a customer since 1999, when it was introduced to me by Mr. Tony Frederick.
I shop all of the SSS at different times, but I shop primarily at the Chesterfield location. Again, Willis is the bomb, and he has mastered his craft with great leadership.

I forgot to mention, they Always offer water free, and I Always receive a thank you note personalized to me, always noting the conversation we had when I last visited the store. They never let me down.

I recently visited since they remodel and WOW this place is amazing. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. I can't wait to try to the protein ice cream and smoothies! I always wished that there was somewhere to grab a good quality protein shake in the valley and now we have it. My only critique would be that sometimes they read the customers better...some dont always want to talk or be questioned.

I was looking for a pump ignitor that wasn’t as chalky as the previous product I had, and Casey B. pointed me to this Evogen product. This stuff is incredible! Thanks Casey and S2 for always being so helpful!

I love the Supplement Superstore because they have the products that I need, when I need them. They have the best employees. They're extremely helpful at explaining some of the new things that are going on with supplements and nutrition. They carry new products, . That are Cutting Edge for athletes of all sports. I have shopped at the Supplement Superstore, for my nutrition and for my body building,for 45 years. I would recommend the Supplement Superstore to anybody who wants to get in shape stay healthy live longer and feel better.

First time visiting the Chesterfield S2 since the upgrade. The store is huge! Ordered a smoothie and had a good discussion with Ben about maximizing my recovery and my sleep routine. Definitely try the smoothies, it was really good!

I'm not particularly fit - just an average 50-year-old wife & mom. I have been shopping at SS for several years and I have never felt "less than" or like I didn't belong. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, super helpful, and genuinely excited to help me out. I appreciate their excellent customer service.

A very client oriented and helpful staff. They don't seem to be there to push anything on you. they just want to know what your goals are and how they can be a part of the process to help you achieve those.

I stopped in the S2 store in Chesterfield b/c I am not getting by my local store here lately. Great service as usual at S2. I was in a hurry and appreciated no delays! Great experience.

The staff here is SO helpful and supportive of your goals! It really is such a judgement free zone. Shout out to Justin for giving GREAT nutrition advice that has truly changed the way I think about and approach eating a healthy diet throughout the day. Everyone in the store is SO friendly and welcoming!

Loved the customer service at Supplement Superstore in Chesterfield. Great new location and tons of products to choose from. My go to is the 1st Phorm level one protein shake. This is great in getting your protein intake in daily and has a ton of yummy flavors that appeal to everyone. I also bought collagen and opti-greens to help with inflammation, and getting all the daily nutrients I need and help improve my gut.

When I went in there I got a body scan done with Casey and ended up talking and getting to know more about her and myself. She is one of the spunkiest most sweetest people ever and helped me with all I needed. If there is ever someone to reach out to about questions or you see her in store, she is the one!

I went in thinking I was just going to get some supplements for a diet. I got so much more. Ben introduced himself to me when I walked in and asked how he could help. I told him my concerns and goals. Well, he had a computerized body analyzer weigh me and scan body mass percentage. After that he set me up with supplements to help me achieve my goals as well as talking me through a meal schedule he created to help me achieve my goals. He explained the entire process, meal schedule, effects of different foods in regards to the meal schedule. Thanks to him I have my goals planned and the course to them mapped out.

Great experience, lots of information and and my salesman took the time to answer my questions. Clean space and everyone seemed happy to be at work. Smooth sailing, I did get an item I can't have for red dye forgot to check, seems silly though... red velvet cake with red dye? Oops hopefully my closer to home location will take a swap for me. This health journey has me down 65 lbs and feeling good. Excited to try the greens for effects not so much for flavor.

I have one of the big box health/supplement stores close to my house so unfortunately I end up going there too often. It’s always a blessing to walk into a supplement superstore in comparison. The staff is genuine and helpful. The products are top notch and now they even have a smoothie bar and merch. Highly recommend!!!!
