Mystic Trove

This is an amazing store and I have been going there for years. I've had great experiences with the owner and her employee. It has an amazing variety of items -- very clever and cute -- and is my 1st choice store to buy gifts for birthdays or Christmas. It's my favorite shop on the Oregon coast and I make a trip there 2-3 times a year from the Portland area. I highly recommend it, and go out of my way to shop there. For some reason this post shows me as a Google user so I will tell you my name, which is Sheryl.

This place is amazing! Not only do they have many home accent products, but I found a body lotion that I absolutely love and Carissa was so kind in helping me with that! Clearly, you and Eric will do well with your new shop! We will be back!

I am so sorry for the ones who had the bad experience at Unique Accents, but as for me, it is my favorite store in town. She works hard to pick the cutest of items and keeps them at the lowest costs for the customer. For this reason I know she cannot afford loss, so she might be a bit stern on that matter, but please do not miss this wonderful store full of fun treasures!

Without a doubt the rudest sales person/owner I have ever experienced. I had something I was going to purchase and was even standing at the register, but with her nasty comments I left the store and didn’t make a purchase. Stay away from this store. There are plenty of other cute gift shops on 101.

Went to the coast and walked the strip. Was near finished with all the shops. This was one of the last on the strip. We went to go in at 4:45 and was shooed away like we were flies by some rude guy behind the counter. (The store closes at 5. Not 4:45) You've definitely lost my business for life.

Yes, a lot of children are all hands. And theft is out of control right now. With that being said...

You don't treat customers in this! Your behavior was unacceptable.

Everything is great there really cute I only had a few problems.
#1 the $15 wallet I bought from there fell apart within two days of using it like it was a cheap dollar store product.

#2 the cashier was rude and very opinionated. I was telling her how my old wallet refuses to shut because I have so many cards and that the wallet in her shop was perfect because it has more card slots than my old wallet, this lady had the nerve to tell me "oh you're puttinf too Much stuff in your old wallet." I couldn't believe her but I bought the wallet and did not go back until today forgiving what she had said before, whilst believing she was having a busy day and was tired two days before. Not true my sister who is disabled was at check out wanting to buy a CD, and she had a pamphlet with the cds in hand at check out. Rather then ask to have the pamphlet back as it's not for sale and put it back herself, the lady told my sister at check out to put the pamphlet back as she couldn't buy it, in a rude tone both my sister and I are young.

My aunt who's almost 60 was the only one treated nicely by this shop lady just because she was older. Really did not like our experience here and would not reccomend this place if looking for nice customer service that would make you come back. I highly would not recommend their products either.

The lady is extremely rude the whole time I shopped she was staring at me like I was going to steal something. Or my child was going to break something. They literally have a sign on the door that basically says they don't want kids in there. All the products are overpriced and cheaply made.

This owner chased me and my family out of the store she said I was touching things but I was pointing at the price tag. Enter store at own risk she is crazy
