Had a fantastic experience here, Xavier is am absolutely amazing guy and a great asset to the team.

Had a complicated issue and he resolved it and stayed calm and helped us professionally the entire way!

Tiffany, the manager at the AT&T store was sooo helpful and very professional. I was so disappointed, because my services was suspended and I was unaware.
I was really about to switch carriers back to T-mobile at that point until she reached out to customer service and set up a payment arrangement as well as get my number in the system as the primary account number to be notified of any changes to my account, and my discounts applied to my account so my bill could be lower. My services is restored, and I’m a happy camper now! Thank you Tiffany!

I had a great shopping experience at the Phillipsburg location. I tried ordering a new phone online and was prompted to go to a store in person. Not only was the customer service exceptional, I walked out ten minutes later with the new phone and all the accessories and spent less than what I was going to be charged electronically for just the phone! Thank you to the manager and the sales associates for making this a seamless, pleasurable experience!! (they paid me to say this)! J/k :-)

Wow Tiffany is amazing. She helped me lower my bill on my xfinity even tho they tried to over charge us with a “package” deal. She saved us 150 a month by switching to direct tv stream and keeping our xfinity internet! Thank you Tiffany you deserve a raise!

I came in 12/16/21 spoke with Tiffany about getting my daughters new cell phones for Xmas.She look into my bill and seen discrepancies on it.She took her time very professionally fix the issues on my bill brought my bill down and upgraded me to a new iPhone and also gave me a excellent deal on a new phone and new line plus accessories.She was very calm about everything and also proceeded finish everything in a timely matter.Excellent Customer Service.Will returned again.Gracias Tiffany

Very helpful and informative staff. They had problems with their tech, I hope AT&T resolved these issues because people should not be angry at the staff for things out of their control. If you are in the area I recommend going to this shop for accessories, phones, help and information.

Went in today and Tiffany went so far out if the norm to help us. I have never received assistance from anyone before like today.
I understand it is her job but something about how she went about things made the difference. Tiffany showed she cares that people are satisfied when they leave, she was not pushy or overbearing and she showed she really enjoyed what she was doing. Something missing in many workers today

Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She answers all my questions and helps me with everything including simple things like Facebook apps ! Straight forward and covers everything.
