5 stars for Home Depot regardless. even if I received bad service at the store I would rate Home Depot with 5 stars. As a 37 years old man home depot to me like Disney land to my 7 years old little girl!!
I never regretted the time and the money I spent in Home Depot.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding assistance from Angelica at Home Depot, and I couldn't be more impressed with her dedication to customer service. I visited the store just 10 minutes before closing, expecting a rushed and indifferent experience, but Angelica shattered those expectations.

While other employees were winding down and eager to clock out, Angelica approached me and offered her assistance. I explained that I was looking for a Ring Camera Floodlight, and without hesitation, she not only knew exactly where to find it but also guided me to the aisle promptly.

What set Angelica apart was her genuine willingness to help and make sure I had a seamless shopping experience, even at closing time. Not only did she locate the product efficiently, but she also took the extra step to check me out, ensuring I could complete my purchase without any delays.

Angelica's exceptional knowledge, positive attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction made my visit to Home Depot an absolute delight. Her outstanding service has undoubtedly contributed to an unforgettable and ultimately fantastic shopping experience. Kudos to Angelica for going above and beyond, making Home Depot my go-to destination for all future home improvement needs!

Wasn't certain what type of wiring I needed, asked for someone who actually knew electrical stuff, and they sent me Mike. Mike was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and suggested alternatives. Would definitely recommend you ask for Mike if have questions the regular employees do not know. I hope he gets paid more for knowing this stuff, but they probably don't.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Shanna,who really helped me. I went to buy a door and asked for help couple times one told me that he had another client when I saw him alone I asked another one for help and he said give me a few minutes and he won't come back I ask one more time he told me if we don't have there so we don't have it until I found Shanna who very kindly helped me and found the door that I needed home depot needs more people like Shanna and not the other employees who put their attitude

Had what we needed, well organized and self checkout makes things easy!

Home Depot has always done a good job of taking care of me I'm a landlord so I buy lots of materials

I have had pretty good luck with equipment rental at this location. It used to be a bit nerve-racking, before they added the appointment pickup option. Now that they have they set in place, you can come by and pick your equipment up with no worries that it'll be taken by someone else. Last I was there, the individual at the counter was very helpful and experienced with the rental equipment.

All your homebuilding supplies. Got my paint in 10 minutes was in and out!

My children love the free monthly build events, when they get to construct projects to take home with them. I love that they are learning basic DIY skills.

hard to find help but when you do they help you. some need product training cause they sell you wrong products. they don't clear out old or damaged items like other stores but well kept store and a few clearance specials.
