I had two lawn mower tires that needed to be mounted. I had been told that it would be a two day turn around, which was totally fine. I was pleasantly surprised when they called the next day and said they were done. Wow, couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!!@

I broke up with my old mower parts/sales/service provider and switched to OES today. So far I've had a great experience with with parts and sales. I'll update as time goes on.

Very knowledgeable!! I drove from Topeka because they were able to answer my questions on the phone. When I got there they had everything ready to go and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend the staff!

Excellent service, don't try to fix anything that's not broken. They serviced my push mower in about a day. Went to pick it up and it was leaking fuel. They wouldn't let it leave like that and fixed it, for no additional charge, in about 30 min. If you have any small engine repair needed this is the place to go! Can't say enough about the staff, 5 star the whole time.

Family owned Small Business! Dan and Lesli run a tight ship and have always given me the best quality work on my machines. I only Trust Dan to work on my mowers and snow blower. Would drive hours to use them! If you need anything done on your equipment then give them a shout! 5 Star Service with a smile!

Fantastic experience. I called to make sure they had time to tune up my mower and they said they could have it done within a few days. They were extremely informative and engaging during my interactions and had the mower done the next day. I was so impressed I brought my power washer in for a tuneup and had the exact same excellent experience.

First and most important. A+++ company. Knowledgeable, punctual, affordable. Come here if you want to have it fixed correctly the first time at an affordable price. They will go over an above what it takes to satisfy us. ( the customers ) Now, As I read through ratings, I wonder what some people have for expectations when they write negative reviews? There will be problems and many people do not understand the maintenance required to keep them tip-top. They just expect it to always work. Dan & Leslie will be totally transparent, hiding nothing. This is why I use them exclusively. Think about this before you rate someone ,when most likely "you" ( the complaining customer ) have unrealistic expectations of how fast it should be repaired and whats wrong. They are not just standing around waiting for you to come in and be able to fix it right then while you wait!! Do you get that service for your car, house, doctor? NO So quite being petty and know they are the most honest in the business.

My husband Carlos and I think this company is excellent! Well-run, friendly, reasonable prices, and most of all competent. Leslie and Amber have been most helpful and agreeable, and Jake has taken great care when picking up and delivering our lawn tractor. Jake has always answered all our questions and taken the time to explain everything to us. We recommend them highly and will always take our equipment to them.

Dan and Leslie are always great about friendly, efficient service, and fair prices. Would recommend them for any small engine repair or mower purchase. Always great to be able to support local business and feel like you're getting good value at the same time!

Great sales and service. Parts desk person was friendly, knew her equipment parts & pieces, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs. Service, parts and repair as promised. Service tech explained repair and made sure I understood the operation of the repaired tool. I felt good doing business with OES.

Awesome service, staff was friendly and helpful. Dropped off on a Friday afternoon, and it was ready to go the next morning! My little push mower looks (and works) as good as the day I bought it! I will definitely be coming back!

They were friendly and efficient. I received updates about the side discharge chute I ordered for my Toro Time master. I am pleased to have discovered a new and closer resource for my parts and perhaps service at some point but not right away, hopefully.

I have been 100% happy with the service at Keister Equipment Repair. He is not only very knowledgeable but able to explain in terms I understand whatever engine problem I bring to him. Repairs are completed within a day or two and cost a lot less than at a dealer. Highly recommend.

Tried a different repair place because of the wait time, and I needed it sooner. I brought it here to fix all the problems from the other repair shop. I took my lawn mower to Outdoor Equipment Solutions in Merriam for repair. Everyone there was very friendly and they got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. Recommended.

I had a really good experience with Keister repairing and providing a tune-up for my residential walk-behind mower. Scheduling was easy and I really like their model - they don't take your mower until they're ready to repair and then turn it around in 1-2 days. I was referred to Keister by another repair business I've used that was too far out; I appreciated that referral for sure and I will be using Keister for all future work.

Great service and friendly staff! I brought my 23 year old Honda Lawn Mower for regular servicing. Things took longer than expected since the parts are little harder to come by these days, and they offered me a loaner mower and an apology for the length of time it took to complete the service. There are less expensive services out there, but they are worth it!
