Big Lots

Big lots is a very well put together Store has a little bit of everything. The store is always clean and the help is always eager.

What can I say it is Big Lots. Every time you go there, it is an adventure wondering if you will find that one thing you want or need. I enjoy the furniture and the pricing on the furniture. It is another great place to shop for people on a budget

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I love the deals they offer for shopping here too.

Lots of great deals and prices. Everything is usually well stocked and the employees are very very nice. You can find a lot of toys, holiday decorations and some cute clothes. Also all the essentials cheaper than most local stores like Walmart.

Big Lots in Springfield or Eugene, both are phenomenal. I love the selection & the prices. I could spend hours here, just having me time & enjoying my shopping experience. There's a lot of great finds if you take your time & just look around. They carry stuff you may not find elsewhere, so it's like a wee treasure hunt. The staff here are never cranky either.

Customer service and cashiers go to lengths to help♡♡ I'll always get my coconut oil here.♡♡

Kelsey was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to help us find the peice of furniture that we needed and get the delivery information. She made this process so easy. Aleah was amazing in helping us with the extended insurance!!!! We will be back.

I prefer this Big Lots to the other Big Lots in Eugene. There's so much more available product and their workers are super friendly! Parking lot is never full, and I rarely have to stand in a long line.

Rented a carpet cleaning machine here and it did a great job. Price was very reasonable and the machine was clean and worked perfect! Check out at the register can be a bit slow sometimes, but the deals are worth it.

I have shopped this big lots since we moved out here 8 years ago, and the service is amazing! I was helped by two young ladies Aleah and Amber and both went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed as I was in a hurry before going to work! They both were young and despite having to work on a weekend at their age they were so happy and very pleasant! Thank you girls for the wonderful help so I could get to work on time!!

New store layout is nice, better selection of groceries, better overall layout. The people have always been friendly and helpful. I buy most of my outdoor lighting from these guys and I've never had a problem with anything purchased here. They seem to have some stuff you can't get anywhere else.

Busted other Big Lots in my home state of PA and this one was pretty large to me. Probably because of the furniture, which was pretty good in my opinion. There's some made in USA stuff there, which is great. Best part was the service though, hands down. Three employees were on point today. Very kind and helpful as I browsed. Cashier was great. Would definitely come back.

Nice remodel, easy to shop!

We bought a Power Loveseat 7 months ago. After an issue, Big Lots stepped up and replaced the unit. We will always buy our Furniture there.

We loved this store! Friendly and helpful staff. Store and bathrooms were super clean and well organized. It looked more like upscale furniture store. We are so happy that we stopped at Big Lots Springfield.

I love Big Lots! They are a great place to pick up almost anything that you need at great prices. I have purchased anything from a gallon of Milk to the mattress on my bed! Great place to go.
