Kroger

One of the coolest grocery stores I've been to in a while. All the staff was friendly and no one even questioned me taking pictures for a Google review. You'll find everything you need here for your cooking needs for the family. This location is also very clean, and nothing seemed out of health standards.

I needed to get several scripts this morning and the last one was repeatedly not showing sent over. Your pharmacy employee Kristian understood I had a time sensitivity and went out of his way to help me get it resolved. Great employee, above and beyond!!

Great customer service, great selection. Didn't buy a lot, but saved over $10.

I always have a fantastic experience at this store

One of your associates, Jalese, made my day today. It was Monday, and I had had a TERRIBLE day. I needed groceries and I was hungry and tired. When I got to the checkout, there were only 2 regular lanes open and lots of self checkouts, and long lines in both of the normal lanes. Jalese assessed the situation, took charge, and was able to temporarily open 2 or 3 extra lanes, which alleviated the open cashiers and relieved the guests (myself included). She personally took care of me, and her demeanor and candor were amazing. She was so friendly I left with a smile and was able to get home in a good mood. I’ve been in management my entire life, and I was impressed to see how well she adapted and stepped up to expedite the worst part of grocery shopping. I’ll be back for sure.

Ordered the flowers for my sisters wedding here with Linda in the floral department. Amazing professionalism, helped me figure out how much ill need, and even helped with a price breakdown. Linda takes her job seriously and is a blessing to have for this.

This store is by far the best in town. Not only are products always fresh and in stock, the staff is absolutely amazing. They remember us each week that we go in and are so happy to see my two young boys. They are greeted with balloons at the floral department and cheese at the deli counter &a song at the check out line from Mr. Rudy and over all smiles from the rest of the staff. Today the floral department had a giant dinosaur balloon waiting just for them. Grocery shopping used to be one of those chores I hated to do but has quickly turned into one that I enjoy. Thank you Kroger for being such a great store 😊

This review is solely for my experiences with the Starbucks in this Kroger. Rose a barista that works in the evenings is AWESOME!!! There’s an actual Starbucks across the street that I haven’t had the best drink experiences with but since finding Rose I swear she has completely given me hope again lol. Not only does Rose know how to make the best iced soy vanilla latte with extra ice she’s also such a sweet natured young lady. Kroger has done an amazing job with hiring this young lady!! Keep up the great work Rose it’s never in vain!!! The hot chocolate with added vanilla(old recipe) is bomb too!

Used Clicklist. Probably the best way to shop for groceries. The app was super easy to use and seemed to have everything the store offered. I got 30 or so items and it took minutes on the app. When I went to pick up the order the wait was less than 5 minutes. The girl that brought the order to my vehicle was incredibly friendly and helpful kudos to her. This is the most efficient way to shop for groceries. I will go to this Kroger again.

By far my favorite grocery store in the area. Very well stocked, with fresh produce and meats, plenty of parking space polite and nice staff - and that is not found at ALL Kroger stores, unfortunately. There is gas station that with fuel points beast ANY price in the area - including Costco. recently added bear bar!!

Good store. Actually I dropped my wallet/phone in the parking lot (or left it in cart, not sure). Worker collecting carts found it and took it to service desk. Everything intact, very pleased with how congenial every one was.

My mother just had double foot surgery last Wednesday and I've been taking care of her ever since. I went to Kroger a few nights ago and bought a few things to have for the house. But there was a couple things my mother didn't really want so I had to return them and the lady and customer service named Anne was so kind and helpful. She took care of everything with my returns! I went this morning and I had three people great me, and ond lady in produce who brought me arugula (I was across the store) after she unpacked it because I asked when it would be re-stocked. I was blown away !

This is one of the beat Kroger’s I have ever stepped foot into. Staff is very friendly, location is clean and kept up. The store itself is usually fully stocked and offers more variety on products than others in the area. I will usually choose to come to this location because I know they will have exactly what I need.

Fantastic. The store is very large with a great selection of foods. Diverse even, I pick up my German ingredients here. Nice atmosphere, lots of workers, Starbucks inside, great deli.

Not sure what happened to this Kroger. It's gone down hill fast . 4:45 p.m on a Tuesday deli is closed. No one to work i guess

It is a great store, employees have a good attitude. They make you feel at home. Clients love to try my food and wine every time I have a Demo from Chef USA

I find at this store the majority of the employees are very customer service oriented. They truly want to help and make the customers buying experience pleasant and productive. Many are very caring.

Kroger is by far the best grocery in Midlothian. The produce is very good, and Kroger has a lot of good quality inexpensive store brands. The fuel rewards program have allowed my to buy gas at 40-50 cents off at times. But it's the staff that make it enjoyable to shop there. They are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I've tried Food Lion, Walmart, and Martins. I browsed through Wegmans when it opened last year. I wouldn't shop anywhere but Kroger in Midlothian.

I'm a convert.

I've driven several people here who don't drive. I'm floored by the quality and prices as well as the helpful staff. They also have a large variety of items.

This could be my new grocery store!
