Working with Rachel Donchek at the Community Hearing office in Carmel was an absolute pleasure. What impressed me the most and is quite remarkable is the level of compassionate care she gives. She is truly committed to the well-being of her patients, and she makes the process of acquiring and adjusting hearing devices very, very easy! Rachel also checks in with her patients by e-mail to make sure everything is going well. I was very appreciative of Stacey's help with my insurance, too. She took extra steps to call me and help work out any issues very promptly. It was a blessing to find this office, and I highly recommend them!

After filling out some necessary forms, I think I only waited about 7 minutes before being called in to see the Audiologist. Kristy, is terrific!! Her pleasant and kind demeanor set me at ease right away. She took the time to discuss the procedure of tests that are involved to determine all of my needs, and explained the results in an understandable manner. My questions were answered with total confidence and patience. I was quite impressed by her knowledge. All in all my experience was an excellent one.

Community Hearing Services in Carmel is the BEST! Kristy is one of the most caring health care professionals I know. At my visits she takes the time to hear my questions and responds with helpful advise and answers. I never feel rushed as I feel that I am the most important person to her when I am in her office. Her companion for her patients is unmatched. It is without reservation that I highly recommend Community Hearing Services in Carmel and especially the wonderful care that Kristy provides.
