I love this location of Michaels in New York they always have everything in stock that I eat the only thing that they can work on is the self pickup and the wait time. But 5 stars all the way

The kids that work here totally hate their jobs but they know SO MUCH and if they don't, it becomes their life mission to answer any question. They're very customer service oriented.

Staff was friendly and the store organized. I found everything I needed.

I recently got an important picture framed at this store and I had the most phenomenal customer service experience I've had in awhile. The framing associate, Ariana, really took her time to explain all my options to me. She made several recommendations about the optimal frame style, glass, and mounting that really elevated the project. She worked within my budget and was so kind to me. I will definitely go back to Michael's and ask for Ariana. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for cool, reasonably priced framing needs.

Although I ran into the store on a whim just to get a couple of items, the cashier was more than kind in allowing for a coupon to be used towards my purchase. Naturally I didn't have any of the coupons of my own. It's these kind of kindnesses that are very much appreciated. Keep up the good work Brewster staff

Stopped in to pick up a package that was to have been delivered by UPS to the store. The package was not there and slated to be returned to the shipper. Thanks to the help of the staff she was able to straighten the issue with UPS and have the package delivered to the store in the next day or so. Very helpful and knowledgeable, KUDOS to Michaels staff.

The staff is beyond exceptional. They extremely kind, helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you have known each other for years. I wouldn't buy my back drops for photography anywhere else!

Phenomenal service. In early January, got a historical print framed, and Ariana kindly walked me through the process (as a complete novice to framing). Exceptional product-- great job.

Michael's is always a good place to get arts and craft items. Not only is everything reasonably priced, the deals and sales they have are awesome! Especially if you sign up for the coupons online. I once got 70% of my entire purchase plus 10% off one of the specific items. It's a great place.

The Brewster, NY location has great employees. Conversely, I was recently in the Brookfield, CT store, and it seemed like their staff avoided eye contact at all costs. I went into the Brewster store today, and within the first five minutes a very friendly associate offered to help me. Upon checking out, the gentleman associate was also very friendly and helpful. Good job Brewster store!

Ran into the store at the last minute before closing to get chocolate melting wafers. They still helped me find them and then went out of their way to find a current coupon to use on my order!!! Great customer service! Thank you !

Much bigger than the store in shrub oak. Cleaner and more organized. A lot more products in stock as well
