Northwest Grind Olympia

I've only been here twice, but the food and coffee are amazing and the baristas are super nice and great at their jobs. I'll definitely come here for my coffee every time I'm in the area.

The thing I love the most about this place is that they use cardboard containers instead of styrofoam. The baristas are very nice and gave us great service. The coffee tastes great, and they have a lot of options for customizing their drinks as well!

Really friendly and kind service. The drinks are delicious! I ordered the coco de lime refresher and it did not disappoint! They even offered a pup cup for my little fluff pooch.

Fast efficient service, quick order prep time, delicious smooth coffee, comfortable seating and café workspace. Love the hot soy latte!

I've been there somewhere between 5 and 10 times now and I've had consistently good experiences. I live within walking distance of the mall and my partner and I use this as a morning "date spot" to walk over to. Here's what brings me back:

-The people who work there are really nice, the owner is a sweetheart, and the environment is cute.

-While I've seen several people in there at a time, I've never waited long.

-Their breakfast sandwiches are tasty, come out quickly, are always hot all the way through, and they're never dried out.

-They have a selection of pastries to suit those with dietary restrictions.

-When I get coffee to go (which I usually do), they let me bring my (tiny, handheld) puppy in with me and give him a treat. <3

One suggestion I have: Fivestars. My wallet is so full of punch cards, gift cards, insurance cards, business cards (ALL OF THE CARDS) and I like having the option to put my phone number in and be notified and reminded of whatever promotions and rewards via text. Not a deal-breaker, but it would be nice to have!

The place is cozy and cute, and the drinks are well made! Service is a big upgrade, way better than it used to be. Thank you! Now I feel everything is very nice!

Great little coffee spot in the Mall! Love the decor with the classic woods for wallpaper, There's seating along the wall with tables, but most people are on the go here. Service is fast and friendly. Basic straws, napkins, sleeves are right at the pickup area with plenty of space for waiters to grab and go.

My only big comment is staff seems soft spoken. If you are hard of hearing, make sure to let them know as they call out orders.

My quiche was amazing and a super good price too!! Definitely perfect for a quick bite! Also had a basic Mocha and it's perfectly lovely. Highly recommend!!

I come here all the time. I like the coffee very much. Ashley, Madison ,Marya, Emerson and the entire team have great customer service.

The ladies were so amazing! I ordered iced white chocolate lavender americano and blue ras Red Bull spritzer. These ladies know what they are doing! Best coffee I’ve had in a long time, plus superb service.

Amazing coffee place located in capital mall! I always go for my usual which is a white chocolate raspberry mocha and it was so unbelievably good guys. I went on Black Friday and waited a bit because everyone wanted some good coffee :) I’m glad I did because I’ll be sure to stop in more and more when inside the mall! Try anything , you won’t be dissatisfied

Neighborhood gem that's located inside the Capital Mall. They have the best uniquely made craft coffees. Try French Toast Latte and Banana Bread Latte. You will be blown away. Also, their coffees are very consistent with temperature and flavor, not many coffeeshops actually can do that. Also, I find that some coffeeshops do better job with hot coffees and some only do great with iced coffees. They've mastered both and that's why I get both hot and cold coffees here. : ) Solid coffeeshop. Lots of great treats and hot breakfast options and even though they're in the mall, they open very early and accessible from exterior of the mall.

Sidnee, Lily, and Amerika were totally amazing and really stepped up. I messed up my order and they fixed it very quickly. What a gift so close to the holidays. God bless these girls and their fine barista work.

I’m so happy we have a NWG in Olympia!! Friendly baristas and amazing food/drinks. I highly recommend the homemade pop tarts!!
