10 stars all day long. This is Doug with a big redbeard, by the way. Blue ridge, bmw. Terry is awesome, hands down, and so is everyone else! Terry can find parts for anything. Give her a substantial raise and never let go of her. She reminds me of Miss Mary at the motorcycle shop that used to be on Merrimon Ave. Just younger. Miss Mary could find any motorcycle part, and we built some wild bikes over the years.

Gary is awesome! I went in thinking I needed a new headlight. Gary went to take a look and discovered it was just a loose connection….but he suggested I clean my headlights for better safety. I purchased cleaner in the store and Gary not only cleaned my headlights but another customers in the parking lot.
Amazing service!

The store had everything I needed in one stop. Everybody was super helpful. The day I last went the conditioning was out at the time, and they still were calm cool collective and helpful.

My windshield wiper blew off on my way to NC so I stopped in and bought new ones. The customer service was outstanding!! The gentleman stood in the pouring rain and put my wipers on for me 😇

The only place in Weaverville that my family buys Auto parts and accessories. Very kind and knowledgeable staff willing to help with any questions.

O'Reilly's Auto parts is awesome I needed a hose for my radiator ordered it at 2:20 it was here at 340 walked in to call of maybe five minutes to get my part and pay for it and right back out y'all are the coolest. Thank you for getting my part so quick🙂

O'Reilly's not only had the device to read check engine light codes they had the part in stock and the tools to replace the part, also a big thank you to Mark Childers with Flatcreek Auto & Truck Repair for helping us with a brain teaser while trying to work on the car, your help was so appreciated. O’Reilly’s is the only auto parts store I really go to anymore. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful which means a lot.

Local people that know about auto parts. I have learned to take the part in so they can help you match it. They had what I needed plus 5 more items that were not on the list.

People are both helpful and nice. They almost always have what I need or they can get it very quickly.
