Went to the midnight release for Tears of the Kingdom. Was not disappointed. GREAT store!

I stopped by this location 6-3-2022 and it was about 45 minutes till closing. The young man, Cameron, who was working there jumped right in and gave me all the information I was needing. His knowledge of the products he was selling was truly reassuring as everything I was buying was for a 7 year old boy. He had great recommendations and was extremely polite. I was able to talk to him about my concerns on some items and he was able to rest my mind on the issues. If you go to this location. Make sure you deal with Cameron. He is the real deal. Good job on this hire GameStop. You better keep him.

The young lady behind the counter was very helpful love that she recommended another place for me to look! She knew it was that important to me. Will definitely go back to this location when the need arises!

Always helpful and friendly. If you know nothing about gaming they will lead you to the right purchase for your kids. I don't know why people are giving 1 star for mask mandate??? as if the staff has anything to do with it.

Went here while on a trip, looking for a sought after toy. It said it was in stock online, but I didn't see it. The store lead asked if I needed help, I showed her what I was looking for. She couldn't find it in the back, but continued to help me look. After enlisting the aid of another associate, she indeed found what I was looking for. Plus, it was 20% off! Can't beat that on top of OUTSTANDING customer service. I didn't get her name, but she said she had only been at that store for a couple of weeks. She was exceptional.

Excellent customer service. Very wide variety of games& gaming systems. Love their program of returning games for credit towards another.. Not sure if they have the product U want?Call 'em up& they'll GLADLY help U! Very Friendly, helpful, polite staff. We're always treated with respect when we're there shopping. Walked in on black friday for a nintendo switch. We got the last one they had and the girls there were sweet. She even through in a mario cup set because they didn't have the switch with Mario Cart. They both seemed super sweet and would answer any of our questions about the device with games, nintendo accounts etc.

Visited this location to purchase a mini SNES gaming system. The young lady working waited for me to arrive after calling the store to check stock. I arrived at closing time, employee had my purchase waiting at the counter, really appreciated her waiting on me.

I ordered a ps5 online and was cheaper than what some people are charging on social media apps and with a warranty was same price as what individuals where charging.

I have personally been going to this game stop since it opened here in Weaverville North Carolina. Everyone is super friendly and I got to put a special shout out to a lady named Ellie with black hair one of the coolest chillest and most helpful person I have ever dealt with at any GameStop since my gaming career.

Hands down the BEST GameStop. Angel and her team are respectful, kind and super helpful. I don't feel like a number here, I feel like family. I gladly pass 2 other GameStop's to get the Weaverville Gamestop. 5 Star by far. 👍

I loved it cause I was able to take my childs games he dont play and get money toward my purchase. Also got more than one of the ones he wanted because they were cheaper for the use ones.
