I love the workers at this Lowe’s! There were 2 guys that told me where to go. When I got to the plumbing section, there was a sales associate named Jim that helped me get everything I needed. I’ve never worked with copper much, but he showed what tools I needed and how to use them. He gave me detailed advice about everything. He knew what he was talking about because everything snapped together quickly!! Talking to him was like talking to someone I had known for a long time that I knew wanted to help me.

The team at Lowe's in Weaverville is awesome in every aspect. From their ability to get materials to simply just having good conversation, we are blessed to work with them. Their view on customer service is what I strive to have for my own business, and the way they handle mistakes is a lesson for all to learn. Spiros, Andrew, and the rest of the team are simply amazing, and we are fortunate to have them.

The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They were well stocked and had everything I needed. Checkout lines were short and the cashier was friendly.

Adam, appliance associate, and Shane, customer service supervisor are excellent Lowe's employees. They were diligent in their service to us. They were always professional, polite, and helpful.

Our contractor is a Lowes Pro and we have had several exceptional deliveries from the Weaverville, NC store. Today’s was no different. We live in a rural mountainous area, with a very long, rutted driveway, flanked by rocks, ravines and trees. A delivery driver’s nightmare… and it was raining! We were receiving lumber for an upcoming deck project. Jeff placed all items as requested and covered it in plastic. He was professional, courteous and kind, a magician at what he does. Such a pleasure doing business with people like this. Thanks again, Jeff 😊

I dropped by to pick up an online order of a couple of cans of stain. Two people at the paint desk were nothing but helpful. One checked on my order then went to customer service and picked it up for me. The other brought me a brochure with stain colors for me to take with me. I picked up a couple of brushes and had a pleasant lady check me out. All in all a good Sunday afternoon Lowes experience.

This store is clean and tidy and well laid out. The staff members are always friendly and willing to assist if needed. Everyone that works there knows where everything is located somehow. Really knowledge employees if you need help figuring out how to build something.

Karen at the paint counter is an absolute treasure. Very kind and very knowledgeable. Convinced the department would fall apart without her. Definitely a great experience!

Great plant selection and helpful staff. My favorite were the curated pots with 3 or 4 complimentary plants planted together. They are thriving in my home even though I'm not a very experienced plant owner.

Randy Phillips in the Weaverville store helped us get a new head for our weedeater. Took the time to tell us about power differences and considerations about putting the same new head on our battery powered weedeater. Very pleasant and told us about his experiences with his own yard.

Lowes is a great home improvement store with a vast selection of products and services. Their prices are competitive, and their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean and well-organized, and their online shopping platform is easy to navigate. Their in-store pickup and delivery options make shopping convenient, and their installation services provide a great value. Highly recommend Lowes for all your home improvement needs.

Ordered some appliances for our new home, I will update after a few more visits. I was back today to pickup some lumber, selection was good. They had what I needed. Friendly staff.

So lucky to have this Lowes close by, go there twice a week, excellent store.

Had a pallet of 6 by6 timbers delivered. Live on a dirt road, narrow driveway, and we were very impressed with the driver. He used the fork lift to deliver them right to the front door, without any difficulty. Well worth the delivery charge! Great job!

I love going in here. Lowes is such a great place to find ANYTHING needed no matter male or female. I spend a lot of time here just because we're always building something, remodeling something, planting flowers buying gifts or whatever.

Doug is an outstanding young employee! At the Weaverville Store!!! He helped me twice and was very courteous and polite while he helped me load my doors on a cart and also when he came outside to help me load them in my truck!! This young man is a thoughtful and hard worker!!

Everytime we go to Lowes we seem to find what we are looking for, if you can't find something, just look for an employee who wears the Lowes vest, any wear in the building and they are sure to find it or find someone who does. Only good experience since we have been going there. They also honor their vets. Love this place.
