The Time Capsule

My son celebrated his 12th birthday here with a small group. It was easy to book online and they called to confirm details in advance. They were accommodating and helpful (even had bday candles, which was nice because I forgot them. Oops!) Plus, my son got to shop while there and found something he absolutely loved. Will absolutely be back again!!

A treasure chest of older comics, toys, videos, game cartridges, DVDs, and lots more. The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Found a few things for our personal collections. Excellent visit to a store much like mine with lots of nifty keen stuff!

What a great place! The video games are free to play, (there is a donation box). Lots of cool collectable stuff, games, game consoles, and movies.

Best store in Wenatchee! Dug, Kayla, Dan and Ripley are all very nice and will help you find anything you need! Wonderful environment for all ages. Tons of great vintage toys, comics, movies, games, consoles, trading cards and so much more! Great prices and an awesome FREE retro arcade! Absolutely worth checking out, you won't leave disappointed. Me, My Wife and my 11 year old Daughter all LOVE The Time Capsule!!

Very helpful and friendly employees! They took the time to walk me through my gaming system that I purchased. Also when my nephew had questions they took time to show him around & answer his questions! Also great deals and quite a variety of games/systems!

Cute little space. We attended a birthday party there. My only complaint was they weren't up front with my friend about the birthday party costing money. She was caught off guard paying $50 an hour, when she was told it would be free.

The best way to describe this place is IT ROCKS! We love bringing our friends from out of town when they visit and we love being regulars ourselves! The owners are kind, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! Cannot recommend this place enough!

It was our first time, my brother took us and wow oh wow! This place is amazing! We Traveled back in time to a nostalgic childhood. Filled with games, movies, toys and more! The owner and other staff members were kind, welcoming, friendly, informative, honest and professional. There is a game room that is free to all to play any video game you’d like or play one of their arcade games. The owner was open to negotiation and was fair with the final price. Supper appreciate the authenticity. The owner told us they rent out the place for private Party’s too! Seriously such a cool place! Love love it!

This is a wonderful store with modern and retro, new and used, collectible items. They also carry a few items from local artists. There is a fun little arcade in the back, which is free, and can be rented out for parties. Doug, Kayla, and Ripley are the owners. They are amazing people running a fantastic shop.

This place is so underrated! I can’t describe how excited I was to find this place when I was just looking for a simple nerd shop. I found much more than just a nerd store. I found a store that obviously a lot of love has gone into it to truly encapsulate the 90s and early 2000s. From the decorations, to the products to buy, to the arcade room and game lounge…this place was a little piece of nostalgic heaven. The owner is a truly humble and wonderful human being that deserves the best. I can’t give this place enough stars. Not many people put this much love into their shops like this one. Thank you for making this amazing shop! 95/5 stars!!!

Oh my gosh. This place.... This place is freaking amazing. My kids and I were kicked out of the Eastmont Lanes arcade for bringing in a soda bottle that I just purchased. I was with my 4 and 5 year old but I just couldn't give them money after that ridiculous experience. Its no wonder they're struggling.
Enough about that place though... I called The Time Capsule and let them know I was with my littles and looking for a place to play some video games! They were super friendly and welcoming. When I walked inside, I was overcome with feelings of excitement and nostalgia. It felt like I was walking into my old room where my friends and I used to game. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Not only do they have arcade and console games hooked up, they have a ton of super cool items for sale. If you were a 90s kid, you HAVE to go in there!

I still had my soda bottle with me and it didn't seem to be a problem. Extremely smart from a business standpoint because now my 4 year old wants to have his 5th birthday there. I absolutely LOVE this place. This is probably my longest review but I feel like I owe it to this place. They're awesome.

Great customer service, family friendly, retro paradise

Awesome place. Like a time warp back to the 80’s-90’s. Love it. Tons of collectibles, arcades, vinyl, games and awesome staff. Must visit when in Wenatchee. This place is a diamond.

Friendly owners and staff. Always ready to greet you and help if you need it, let you look around if not. I want to make it to a movie night. 😉 That's my goal. You looking for something unique for a friend or family? Look here!

This is long overdue.. but I have a Wii and needed some nunchucks for it and these guys provided me with some for a great price. Everyone who was working were sooo nice, the nunchucks work perfectly, and just couldn’t be happier with my service!!!
