Riverway Family Dental is amazing. I have severe dental anxiety and was really, really nervous about going to the dentist after not having been for 15 years. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Riverway made me feel at ease and taken care of. They were gentle and explained things to me clearly throughout my appointment. Everyone was super nice and helped alleviate my anxiety. I even enjoyed my cleaning, which is something that has NEVER happened before!

Everyone at Riverway Family Dental is great!!! Professional, warm and caring. Many of the employees have been there for years, meaning low turnover, meaning job satisfaction is high. People who are happy at work just do a better job day in and day out. They are always on time, and yet find spots to get me in when I have dental emergencies and unexpected needs. They also are good to refer me to specialists when needed, and I count their recommendations to be solid and practical. When I call for an appointment, they ask if I prefer to see any particular doctor, and yet I really don’t have a preference—ALL are great.

Always an excellent experience. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable office, knowledgeable providers always willing to explain things further, very accommodating around scheduling, and they always make sure I see the same tech (who remembers me and asks after my family every time!). Anne is very thorough and professional, always asks consent, and I always leave feeling clean and not too sore! As a plus, the X-rays are super painless, which was always a struggle for me growing up at dentist and something I dreaded. 10/10 would recommend as the best in the area.

On those rare occasions when something more serious surfaces during a routine cleaning and checkup, they are very prompt in scheduling the work, and the results are well crafted and efficiently accomplished with care and precision and good humor. I have been going there for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience, even when problems with my teeth had to be corrected. One of the best dentist operations I have ever worked with.
