Great experience, great show. The movie was well attended. 8 Boys in a Boat... tear jerker for me. Trailers before were not tasteful.

Been coming here since it first opened. Very clean here and staff is friendly. Glad to be back to the movies during this Pandemic.

A special thank you to the wonderful lady who found my lost wallet. I am new to the area and having to replace all the stuff in that wallet would have been a nightmare. I wish I had asked your name so I could mention you personally, but I wanted you and everyone else to know how much your kindness meant to me. Thank you again. I hope you know what an amazing favor you did for me.

We missed our movie do to our starter going out in our car. We got stuck in Monitor. We paid for vip tickets online. Went and talked to the manager the next day. VERY nice guy. He could not give us a refund and we were fine with that but he gave us passes to go to VIP showing because we missed our movie. Thank you. We appreciate it. We love gateway cinema!

Clean and fun environment for the whole family

We did VIP. It's always clean and the people working there are friendly. I highly recommend the bucket of beer, especially if you're there watching a long movie like we were. We had a great experience!

Sunday evening the theater was not very busy. We were the only ones watching in a theater that probably sits 100 people. The audio was great. The seats were very comfortable, and we could sit anywhere we wanted.

Today was probably one of the busiest days this theater has seen in a long time, due to the $3 promotion. My son and I went to a 9:15 showing so I am sure everyone was tired after a long day. Despite this the staff was friendly, service was fast and the place was clean. Thank you for providing us a great experience today.

Seems like a good theater. Nothing special but nice and comfy and seemed clean. The true gem of it is they have a small arcade with 5 pinball machines and some other cabinets. When i went (3/14/23) they had ghostbusters, walking dead, xmen (be careful - plunger needs a rehaul and i gave up on my third game due to not being able to launch das ball, and the left flipper sticks), pirates of the Caribbean, and godzilla.

It is a very beautiful theater great place to go with family and friends to have fun and watch a movie eat some popcorn Etc I went to watch Fast sex and I really enjoy it very friendly stuff safe environment customer service is great parking is good so I would like everyone to go there and experience the theater

I enjoy the atmosphere of this theater, the wide open feel with pinball is great 👍 the liberty 🗽 is great for a more historical feel but less comfortable seating, but very cool if your into paranormal vibes

Great time watch the movie has a great prices there very clean and friendly employees as well and of course we enjoyed some popcorn

Good movie theater but if you wanna get ahold of them that’s a long shot so good luck phone number just gives options of movies can’t speak to a real employee for some reason.

Comfortable seats and very clean

It's clean! No sticky floors here. Seats are cushy. Temp is kept pleasant, so many theaters like to freeze you out. It was a nice way to spend a hot Sunday afternoon!

My boyfriend and I go here at least twice a month I've never had any problems with the theater being dirty! I love VIP the seats are so comfortable plus if you order food before they start the movie they will deliver to your seat. The drinks are priced fair and are good! The none VIP section has comfortable seats as well and the arms move up for the girls or guys with wider hips like me or make cuddling up with your significant other easy! I highly recommend going here on date nights!!

I stand by all employees and managers at our facility. They put in long hours and deal with thousands of customers on a daily basis to allow YOU to spend time with friends and family at the movies. Unfortunately we are still required by the state to enforce the mask mandate and some of our customers like to get testy about the subject, however we do our best to find common ground with all employees and customers to bring you the best customer experience possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times.

They honored the system and are adjusting their policies/ training for unique situations. I take back every word I said in the last review. I love this theater and the arcade is super cool/classic/retro. Would highly recommend from this point forward.

Watched the Joker in VIP on screen #11. Seats were amazingly comfortable. Sat in row E seats 9 & 10. We usually try to sit on end seats to avoid having to walk in front of people, but the spacing between rows leaves lots of room for walking. So, no need for end seating. Grab a middle seat!! The recliners may be extra comfortable for sitting, but they're smck dab in the first 2 rows. Which, if you like having the screen at the end of your knows then that's where to sit. The rocker seats were great too. We're big people, so don't worry about your wide back side, it should fit just fine!! Service was fantastic. The door man was very pleasant, opened up a simple brief conversation with a light laugh. Very nice man. The female staff at the bar was pleasant and patient. She would quietly come in to serve and clean as she left. Very efficient lady. Nice menu, too!! If I had a ney to add it would have been the volume. I have a minor hearing deficit and the theater volume was quite loud for me. So, for those with good hearing be prepared. Great experience. I would encourage everyone to see a flick in VIP at least once.
