This is my second visit to this particular location, and it's the best ATT store I've ever been to. It's possible this experience changed my mind on switching to T Mobile - for the time being. The manager is on top of it!

The sales rep, Dillon (?) was nice and very helpful. Excellent customer service. He held our hand through the whole process. Didn't make us feel uncomfortable on not knowing the products or the process while asking too many questions. Way too many times, unfortunately other stores Ive been to in the past are unhelpful, was very impressed at the service at this store.

I just had the most pleasant experience with Felcia at the AT&T location on Hwy 121 & Custer. She was super patient and thorough, and made sure to give me the best deal possible for the things that I wanted. There was a gentleman coworker there that also helped a few times when I had questions. They both did a fantastic job. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for help with AT&T phones, accessories, etc.!

I just had an AWESOME experience with Felcia at the AT&T location on Hwy 121 & Custer. She was FANTASTIC and made sure that I was well taken care of. There were two gentleman coworkers there that also helped a few times when she needed additional information. They did a Great job.
However, the Online and Call-In Customer Service SUCKS...

New staff is fantastic! We worked with Wes and Jocy on a complicated new line and phone and they were extremely helpful and got it done really quickly. They let us know what promotions worked best for us and we were really happy with the service. We came in 10 minutes before closing, but they were very customer service minded and worked with us well after closing. We will be back and thanks again!

Jay Collingsworth…extraordinary customer service. These days, everyone seems so disengaged so what a delight to walk into this store and find Jay. Jay assisted me in ordering new phones for myself and my son, who lives in NY. After receiving the phones, I ended up back at the store when we ran into difficulties setting them up. Jay not only assisted me, but walked my son through several steps trying to get his working again. Superior customer experience! Thank you Jay…this is why I stay with AT&T.

Had a lot of bad experience to call ATT. I was transferring the service back to att this time. However, there was a lot of issue transferring back. Took me all day, made over 10 phone calls back and forth couldn’t get the issue resolved. They would keep telling me to call my old service provider to ask for my pin which I’d done more than 5 times in that day. They didn’t believe me about my pin that I told them, and wouldn’t want to hold on the phone or call my old service. One of the supervisor from att on the phone just transferred me to my old service provider and hang up the phone. Another rep kept telling me I had the wrong name of my old service provider… talking to all these att phone rep was wasting time. I’d been working in the service field for over 10 years, and it’s unbelievable how bad the att phone rep would be. It doesn’t seem like they had any training at all. After talking to more than 5 att reps on the phone, going to the store became to my last bet on this transfer. Thanks for Jaqaveious help! Very professional. He understood the issue right way and resolved it within 15 mins.

The Store Manager, Jimmy, is awesome at taking care of his customers.
I was due a refund and the system was not cooperating to allow him to process the transaction.
Instead of merely giving up and telling me “Sorry....,” Jimmy kept at it until he found a solution. He never displayed any frustration, although I’m sure he must have been aggravated, after working with me for nearing 30-40 minutes.
Thank you Jimmy for putting your customers first and not allowing “the system” to intimidate you. You found a solution and did it in a very pleasant and professional way.

I want to give a shout out to Devin. First of all, what an amazing guy! My girlfriends iPhone got water damage and was with T-Mobile. We decided to go into the AT&T store to get her a new plan and phone. We were immediately greeted my this humble man with a smile on his face. He helped us through every step of the process with ease and walked us through the best way to go. Come to find out, we were accidentally keeping him 30 min past closing.. I would have never known by his attitude! I don’t come across many people who give this kind of customer service. This guy deserves a raise. We were very pleased and she is now happily enjoying her new iPhone X.

My iphone 6 had been corrupted and I met with the store manager Michael Swanson for help. Michael spent about 2.5 hours with me and my problem. The phone had to be put back to factory setup to clear the problem and then set up for my customization.
Bottom line - best service I have ever received and I will be back as a customer.

Jocelyn and Mike did an awesome job with converting to IPhone from an old LG that had a cracked screen. I am trilled with my purchase and the excellent customer service and problem solving. I recommend this location. Job well done! Thank you CJ

The two salespeople here -- Wes and Kwan, are the world's greatest. Wes did not hesitate to share his expertise with me or Kwan (who is probably a new hire). I had to transfer all files to a new phone because of a network error, and these guys did not mind helping me every step of the way. I'm writing to AT&T tomorrow to tell them how much I enjoyed being helped by these two guys. They made my day.

I had a great experience at AT& T store @ Hwy 121 & Custer in Frisco, Tex. On 7/16/20. Wes was professional, tech savy, which I am not, and he was very patient and took his time showing me how to use my new phone and was clear on what features and offers were available to me! Thank you very much!

I didn’t know this AT&T stores was less then a mile away from me. I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I was helped by roger and Jocelyn , they were patient and made me feel like family. Next time I go they will probably greet me by my name .

Pure pleasure working with Alecia during our migration from Sprint to AT&T. Very knowledgeable about the different plans / options and was able to quickly respond to any question posed.

Would recommend anyone to visit her while in the Custer / 121 store!
