Always loved this location when it was next to Walt's. The new store is way better and smells fabulous as soon as you walk in. I am a little disappointed that you sold out of so many annual sale items already. Hopefully you will get more in soon. I'll be back!! Appreciate the friendly customer service and greeting as soon as I walked in.

Incredible customer service. During the busiest time of the year Irene helped me pick out the right gift for my wife. You don't get that kind of service anywhere. I thought I was in the 1970's

Jazzy and Lynne when I tell you these two ladies know how to provide service OMG above and beyond. I haven't walked in a retail store and gotten customer service like I did today in a very long time which is why I just buy online but today, I have to praise these two ladies for their bubbly, happy, warmth, and willingness to help. They truly made me smile and we don't give credit when credit is due, most people will be quick to write a negative review but not take its time to write a positive one and these two definitely shined out. Also, everyone that was working was nice I just didn't get their names but if on the schedule today 8/4 630pm they are also included in this review. Thank you for realizing my little one had testers and kindly replacing them for her. You ladies rocked it! Thank you.

It's time to replenish my stock of hand soaps and Wallflower refills so I went to the Tinley Park location @ 160th & Harlem. This store had moved to their new location a few doors down & looks to be 3 times it's previous size. I was very excite to see checkouts on both sides of the store which should make checking
out go quicker during the holidays & semi-annuals sale days. The personnel was professional & very helpful and assisted me with my coupons and selections. I would recommend this location to anyone that's a bath and body shopper or looking for fragrances.

Nice clean atmosphere to shop in, I had a great experience, I received some valuable shopping tips on the floor from Rene, she did an amazing job as did Erica at the register!!

THE LADY'S WHO WORK THERE ARE SO HELPFUL AND NICE, THE LADY AT THE COUNTER WAS SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL OF EXPLAINING ALL THE BENEFITS THAT BATH AND BODY WORKS HAS TO OFFER.

I love this location. Everyone who works there is always so helpful. I always end up with Giselle helping me. She is absolutely the best. I highly recommend this location. They are 99% of the time well stocked. Only once I had to go to another location to get a particular room spray which is a very popular scent that sells out quickly other than that they are always stocked.

My mom was shopping for hand soaps and the employee was very helpful. She helped my mom pick her frangrace. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was awesome.

Place smells fantastic and the ladies were nice and helpful. Pleasant experience and environment 😀

All kinds of deals. The arltaff was friendly and putting up new stocks after people took something. Friendly at the checkout also.

I honestly almost decided to never shop here again because some of the cashiers were rude about not honoring coupons without reasoning other than, "the company changed it's policy." But the manager Erica enlightened me on how they work going forward and now that I get how it works I feel much better about shopping at the store. Thank you for the great customer service you provided me and I look forward to returning to this location.

GREAT STORE! This location has such friendly employees. Lynne was so kind and was so festive. I loved the size of the store and the quick checkout! Definitely my favorite Bath and Body Works!

Once you walk in the store there are so many items to choose from. I love it I love it. And their sales are fantastic. I went in today and I bought the pillow Mist stress relief which is wonderful. I got several hand soaps for the bathroom and kitchen. But my best find today was small antibacterial pocketpaks. I have been looking for some for a long time. Once you go in, just plan to spend at least $25 over what you thought you were going to allot. Enjoy!

Just wanted to say how lovely and helpful Irene and all the other employees at the store today where! Super friendly and very professional especially when dealing with returns. Very knowledgable on company policy and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Made my experience shopping at bath and body works today, great! Will definitely be coming back.

The store was excellent, however, as my great niece and I were exiting the store, a heavy set Caucasian woman came into the store and stood right in front of the door as to block us from leaving. I approached her and said, 'excuse us'. She almost knocked us over then said, "sorry". I'm still wondering why she said sorry because no one asked her how she looked. It's way too many people doing this and it's a shame they don't mind harassing little children. Too many people on earth, not enough to do with their life, leads to bullying of others. Don't blame me for what I say. I'm just sick and tired of all of you!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. We made out purchases and begin looking at more items as we slowly made out way to the door. I realized we were the only customers in the store. When we finally made it to the door we realized it was lo K because the store was closed. We felt bad because we didn't know. The ladies didn't make us feel pressured to leave nor did they say the store was closed. They just let us lazily shop as they worked. We apologized and thanked them. We all laughed about it. I usually purchase online but you don't get personal attention or great customer service online. Thank you ladies
