I often say experience is a must! I placed a BOPIS order and went to pick it up. The team member who assisted me was efficient and clearly enjoyed his job! (Young man-blonde hair and glasses) while he was processing my order another hound man was helping a customer find something at a nearby store and providing valuable time saving information. Kudos on great staffing!

Shout out too Whitney. Whos act of kindness too my son just went above and beyond. Im so speechless. Thank you for making my sons day so much brighter. Were going to have a an extra special time at Dave and busters. ❤

Every experience I’ve had here is positive. All of the employees are genuinely helpful and don’t try to push pre-sales, promotions, or new vs. used on customers. While their trade-in values aren’t great, that’s not their fault and a corporate issue.

Extremely helpful and insightful staff w/ a wide variety of mainstream and sub-mainstream collector merchandise. If you're killing for something specific, the staff here normally take initiative and extend their reach beyond local bounds to help you track down what you're looking for.

My son loves this place. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Taking plenty of time to explain content and if they think its appropriate for 11.

I came here to pick up a used game I had put a hold on using the website. They had the game out and waiting for me. This was a great convenience for me. The staff were efficient and cordial.

Newest games available and inflation has not reared it's ugly head...yet. They still have trouble getting hold of PS5 units.

Call them to hold a game. ( last 1 ) for me. Got there got the game got out fast. They took the time to tell me about there black Friday sales. Yes will go again.
