AT&T Store

I was first grumpy 😠 but things worked out...or at least seems to have-we shall see! But Evan was very understanding about my situation and was helpful! But I still don't love the Fold phone...LoL

So our previous experience here about 2 1/2 years ago or so were pretty poor. The girl that sold us our plan and phones basically lied to us and misled us for a sale.

However, our last visit there to upgrade was much better. We saw "under new management" on the sign and were hopeful. And we weren't disappointed.

I wish I remembered the guys name that helped us, but whoever he was he did a great job.

We went into the cleburne ATT store to get new phones because my s22 ultra wasn't allowing me to call or be called. Marc had helped us before,but something was wrong with the phone. He was very personable and is a great asset to ATT.

ATT needs more people like Marc in their stores. He was THE most helpful out of everyone we encountered during the visits when my phone stopped working.

While we were there, a Samsung rep was also there. So friendly! He brought out t-shirts, hats, and cleaning spray and cloths from samsung to both of us. That was awesome!

Immediately had a representative come to me when I first walked into the store. I was very pleased with the professionalism, attitude and all around assisting me with any question I had. Pleasant experience.

Great service, left the store with my new phone and a tablet on order. Very satisfied, short 10 minute wait to be attended to - to be expected after 4pm on a weekday, and I was there for less than an hour.

Rep. was super professional and knowledgeable. He helped my with 2 new phones and replaced a sim card on a 3rd phone.
Smooth process from start to finish

Lucas was great! He helped us with any questions we had and guided us to the best deal and option for our family.

Update: got new phone tonight. Zac helped me and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I recommended this store and the professionals who work there.

Original review: If you need help or want to buy a new phone, I highly suggest that you come to this store. Ask for Adolfo. He is personable and helpful. He isn't the only one who has helped us at this store, but all have been knowledgeable and professional.

Ms. Leslie and Mr. Cameron are the absolute best, patient, nice, the absolute best service people!!! They are very calm. Courteous to everyone that came into the store. It was necessary for me to be in the store for a good while. They never got tired of smiling and taking care of business. I will always be happy to refer others to this location. They are both excellent representatives for AT&T.

Wes at the Cleburne AT&T store is an amazing customer service rep. He is very polite and attentive. He resolved all my issues, answered all my questions, and really made the chore of switching providers a breeze. I’ll be asking for him personally for anything else I may need in the future.

My sales man was very nice.
He helped me setup all of my Direct TV information.

This guy that help me very good to me. I want to thank him for his courtesy to me thank so much.

Experience was better then expected. I do not remember the young guys name but he was the only ATT employee that actually knows his job.

For only being with them A year , he was able to do more in 15 minutes or less then online or 1800 #s.

He deserves recognition , I believe this day in time customer service goes along way and thanks to the * slim young man , longer hair that was pulled back and wore glasses . I am truly grateful for his help !!! Thank you, Lorie

Levi was very patient, helpful, and honest helping us yesterday. He was more kind than many service personnel, and we appreciated his help.

Edgar is wonderful. First: I observed interaction with customer obviously dealing with dementia, he was beyond kind & patient. ( It was clear the whole store is used to kindly working with her) Second: dealing with us he was great explaining our options, helping us make choices, & explaining until we clearly understood what was going on. He alone is worth returning to this store.

I was very hesitant to go to the actual store for the watch we were looking at because of my past experiences and wait times there. But Darnay and Edgar were amazing, helpful and not pushy and went above and beyond to help me. It was seriously the best customer service I've ever received at the AT&T store and my son is beyond thrilled for his new birthday present he saved his money for!

They made the process of getting my new phone swift and painless. Enjoyed how personable Tyler was, he actually took the time to answer any questions that a normal salesman would just roll their eyes at and keep talking. With how expensive devices can be nowadays it was nice to have someone be patient and transparent. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Quinton at the store in Cleburne TX off of Henderson was very helpful, very patient and very caring. To the moment I was almost to the door to leave I felt that he was concerned and eager to help. I had one other person ask me a few questions but didn’t help me.
I hope this review will help Quinton get the recognition that he deserves.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve received at any store! I switched phone plans because Sprint was always overcharging and it took forever to get ANYTHING done. I went to this store and the guys in there were so nice. They got me on a new plan within 20 minutes and I never overpayed once! It’s been 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with them. I’m about to go back for an upgrade :)
