Quick and efficient people who definitely have a good working knowledge of how to help people who need to ship-mail items and or return to Amazon and such. 5 stars for the UPS Store for always helping me get things done fast and professional.

i’ve always loved this location since i’ve lived in the chevy chase area- it’s convenient, easy to access and the staff has ALWAYS been very kind and friendly. today, i had to return a knee scooter and didn’t have the original packaging. both wilson and courtney went above and beyond for me, by finding a box that was a fair price and helping me disassemble the scooter. i can’t thank them enough. their energy is also radiating, and their dynamic and teamwork is infectious in the best way- they stay with a smile and had me laughing. thank you wilson and courtney! also congrats to wilson on nursing school!!

I had a great experience at this UPS store! I had lost my package due to me making a typo on my address, and John French was able to help me! He was able to locate my package and help me change the address! Very helpful staff, highly recommend!

This store is Amazing!! We run a business that does a lot of shipping and we bring in a a lot of boxes. Other stores, which I will not name, always gives us attitude when we come in to ship. However, the workers here were so helpful and friendly. The gave us pointers and stepped out to help us. Alex was awesome!! Thank you for you excellent customer service and dedication to customers. Highly, highly recommend.

I came in there a couple days ago to ship something home. Had the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Jane was an absolute pleasure. She is the definition of perfect customer service. Very prompt and informative while having a great attitude with a beautiful smile. UPS needs more employees like Jane.

Shout out to Dylan and David at the UPS Store, 838 E. High St. Lexington KY. I had four large, heavy packages to mail, and they sprinted out to carry them into the store. Once there, they noticed a problem with the shipping labels and cheerfully carried them back out to the car. They were SO willing and friendly. I always use UPS rather than the USPS because the service is superior, but these guys went above and beyond. Thank you!

Dylan was dope. I run a T-shirt business and I get my images printed at the ups store. The price was very cheap and the customer service was great. The color printer was malfunctioning so Dylan waived the fee for me. I Will be a repeat customer all the staff are helpful too.

If I could post more than 5 stars I would! I came in 15 minutes before close (apologized in advance for being “that” person)... I was working on a special project for my family that I needed ready for this weekend. Alex was super helpful, didn’t hurry me out at all, and guided me through the things I needed to print and scale. Him and a guy that used to work there (forgot his name!) helped me cut the paper to fit the frame sizes I needed. They both went above and beyond! And closed 20 min after they were supposed to. All with a genuine smile! I could not appreciate it more. Thank you for your great employees UPS store 3095!

Went through a wild document journey to move to Manhattan and the employee Alex really connected with me and ensured a very smooth mailing process. Every question I had was answered and he made certain I left happy!Highly recommend here over USPS to get your mail taken care of!

I had a horrible experience at the Richmond rd store the last time i needed something shipped out, so I decided to come to this store today and i must say that it was excellent and the young woman Elizabeth that helped me was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend
