Shay was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! She kindly brought me so many pairs of shoes to try on and was so patient while I tried them all on! I have always experienced great customer service at this store. I shop here for the quality, comfort, and supportive variety of name brand shoes they offer.

I was helped by Sophia Sadlowski. Sophie was incredibly helpful giving me personal time to go over my shoe options and foot pain considerations. She showed me models of the foot and is very knowledgeable with explanations. She brought out alternatives for shoes that I appreciated. Best of all she made me try a pair of slippers while I waited for her to bring my shoes out. I loved those slippers.

I purchased a pair of running shoes and a pair of work shoes today and can highly recommend this location. We had the pleasure of being fitted by Sophia, receiving ample support during a very busy time while she was the only person working. She attended to our needs and we tried on a dozen pair shoes between myself and my wife. She informed us of our individual foot needs and answered all of our questions with expertise. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I really enjoyed the experience with Stephanie, she went above and beyond to make sure I had the right shoe for exercising to make sure no pain was felt when walking. Thank you Louis

The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sevon helped me this time- very professional, friendly, and knew his stuff. And I love the shoes I got :)

My husband purchased a pair of Hokas and some insoles at this Lucky Feet store. What a great experience! The store is clean and welcoming. The inventory is terrific. Sophia, the store manager, helped us. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Sevon was also working when we were there and they made a great team. Sevon is also very friendly, welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. The store was extremely busy when we were there but these two make you feel like you're the most important person they are serving. We will definitely return and we've already told family members that they need to visit this store!

I went to try to find a pair of athletic shoes that wouldn’t hurt my bunions. Shay answered all my question and had great advice and lots of technical knowledge. Thanks to her I found a great pair of shoes that are very comfortable!

At the Long Beach store Laura was more than helpful in helping me find the right pair of running shoes. She must have brought out more than 8 pairs of shoes till we found the right pair. Went to take my dad to get fitted for new shoes and insoles since his feet were hurting him. We had a great experience with the Sales person. Brought my wife in for a much needed shoe replacement during our vacation, due to the nature of our afternoon we got here 10 minutes prior to closing and from the minute we stepped in Savon who I now refer to as "Smooth Savon" took us in immediately and began assisting my wife with foot measurements and a foot scan while seamlessly helping another customer with letting either of us get left waiting.

He remained as charismatic and optimistic even past closing letting my wife go through various shoes until she found something that covered function and aesthetics for her taste.

We left with a fantastic pair of shoes that ended up allowing my wife, myself, and our son being able to get out a walk so much more than if we kept her old unsupportive shoes.

The people that work here are super patient, kind, and informative. Sevon measured my foot, took me thru a variety of options and educated me about the different footwear. I bought my first pair of Brooks, the insoles and some socks by Feeture. I have Morton’s Neuroma in one foot. So, it was super
important for me to get into a proper shoe. I will definitely return to Lucky Feet. Gonna need to keep these feet, lucky!

The lady there was able to tell from the minute I walked in what kind of shoes I needed. The sneakers are of superior quality and help a lot with posture and balance. I think that the next time I go in that store, I'll get a pair of slip-on shoes, since the laces kinda slow you up.
