Great store! with excellent customer service. They have definitely come a long way. They have 3 locations now. I have seen them at several community events now. I ever heard they replaced a kids Pokémon card collection when someone stole it.

Customer support amazing, friendly and helpful insight on multiple products and games. Would recommend to people who are new to games and general advice on it.

My phone was cracked beyond working anymore and they fixed it better than new it was wonderful and they always have amazing stickers and awesome employees!

Awesome service!! Took my nephews IPAD in because a piece of the charger broke off, took 5 minutes to get out! Couldn’t ask for better service!

The store has a great selection of games both old and new. It has a lot of merch for a variety of games and anime. I wish the popular old games werent as expensive as they are, but its understandable as they are a rarity nowadays.

Glad I stumbled on to this place. Had them replace my I-Phone battery which Verizon Store would not do. Very friendly staff and fast professional service. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Gateway games.

This shop has tons of great merch, a friendly staff, and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere! I will definitely be back. Their collection of retro games is amazing. I can't wait to get more stuff for my old Sega Genesis console.
The staff is also super knowledgeable, they're really great. They can do repairs too! Seriously this place is above and beyond the competition.

Awesome video game store! They have everything! It's all reasonably priced too! There was a great steal when I went there that me and my gf passed up on, it was a 50$ copy of RE2 for the PS1, manual and all. Usually they go for hundreds! They also have amazingly priced consoles that come with all the wires, and original controllers! Most video game stores give you cheap Chinese aftermarket controllers, but not Gateway games, you get the real deal. Overall a great little store in Ukiah, and a worthwhile stop.

they have, or can get nearly anything you're looking for that is even remotely related to gaming. from new age to early retro products, they are truly a gamers 1 stop shop. its great to know I can buy from a local shop, rather than a corporate location. I get better prices, trade rates, and all around service. the employees are very pleasant and know their stuff about the whole field. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for video game products, or memorabilia.

The store is well staffed, clean and very well stocked. Really had a great experiance in both Ukiah and Willits stores. Willing to answer all my questions. Great attitudes all around. If you haven't already visited Gateway do yourself a favor if your shopping for video games or systems. Pokémon and Magic the Gathering cards and so much more. Check them out before going anywhere else.

Way better than gamestop ever was or could think of being. I come here exclusively for all the retro games, the memorobilia and the general atmosphere. They've got a great selection for being small, however thats what we want in a good shop, right?

I went here a few weeks ago looking to trade in my used Xbox One and small collection of Xbox one and Xbox 360 games. I knew I would not get a good price on eBay or GameStop so I came here hoping I would get a decent price and I was not disappointed. They showed me how they price preowned items. It was all very transparent and I felt they respected the items I came in with (unlike most big box gaming stores). During the process the conversation I had with Garrett (the head technician) and John (a manager) showed me they really knew their stuff and I enjoyed seeing that they have a passion for what they do at Gateway Games. They also offer a higher trade in value right off the bat when compared to GameStop so when all was said and done I traded my console and games for store credit (you get more value out of that) and walked out with a solid amount of credit that I would not haven’t gotten anywhere else and a new game. I will definitely be going back and will have them in mind for any future trade ins. Please keep this store in mind when shopping. As well as all the positive things I mentioned above it is a local store so you can feel satisfied you are helping a local business when purchasing. (And no this review was not sponsored but I wish it was.

I recently went to Gateway Games looking for a 2 terabyte hard drive for my pc. The employee was very helpful and took plenty of time to make sure i purchased the right hard drive.

Also while I was at the store I was able to find a controller charging dock for my ps4 controllers that I have been wanting for awhile.

My whole experience at the store was great and I can not wait to go back to Gateway Games for my other video game needs!!

Always such a great place to go! Wide variety of games and garb and almost all things game related!! They’re always so helpful and informative and more than willing to show you how a product works (even if you’re interested in a game and they have a used game to show you with they will!) they even have super good prices of games from classic game systems!
