Dock House

What started as not the best night made a come back, courtesy of Doc House and Bobby W! It was a long day and the husband suggested eating out. (He gets 5 stars too!) But our first stop (which will remain anonymous) was a flop. We left and came to Doc House. Bobby W was prompt, courteous and attentive. We had explained our earlier disappointment and he was determined to turn our evening around. He hit it out of the park! The Classic Cosmo was absolute perfection! My crab cake/ shrimp salad sandwich was to die for and the turkey club was outrageously huge! Tomorrow’s lunch will be scrumptious considering there was no way to finish it in one sitting! But what made me take to the review section was the fact that we casually said that my husband was a blue cheese dressing fan and then without asking, Bobby brought him blue cheese for his tots. We didn’t have to ask?? That’s a great server! So ask for Bobby W! He’s listening! Greatly appreciated 🤩 We’ll be back!

Really loved getting brunch here with my family. The appetizers we had were very well done. We got the Brussel sprouts and the seafood flatbread. The Brussel sprout were very crispy and delicious but I would not recommend them if you don’t like goat cheese. For my main I got the rosemary scallops. They were amazing, very well cooked and the potatoes were delicious and super garlicky. However I wasn’t super big on the red peppers mixed in with the green beans. I think if I ordered it again I would just ask for extra green beans. The crab grilled cheese was also amazing with the addition of the truffle tots. Would definitely recommend this place! It also seems like a great place for a large group or a party since the space is very large with a beautiful view of the water.

Had a delightful experience at Dock House. Started off with the dynamite shrimp as an appetizer and it didn't disappoint! The crab cake that followed was absolutely delicious. The views from the dock are stunning, complemented by a variety of great drinks, including many variations of orange crush. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience worth repeating. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We had a fantastic dining experience at The Dock House! The food was absolutely great. The filet and lobster were a great hit. A special shout-out to Megan for her wonderful service; she was attentive and really made our visit extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch meal with excellent service.

My first visit to The Dock House was a result of over hearing a recommendation at a doctor's office. They did not disappoint. We started our meal off with Charm City nachos(with shrimp) and seafood Flatbread. Great choice in appetizers. Our meals consisted of Crab Imperial Stuffed Rockfish and Seafood Carbona. The rockfish was complemented with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. I must note broccoli was perfectly seasoned and cooked with the right amount of texture (not overcooked). Crab imperial was tasty atop the rockfish (was expecting a slightly bigger piece of fish). Garlic mashed potatoes had a good flavor with a little thickness. Seafood Carbona was creamy with the perfect size shrimp. Meal was perfect, servers were very pleasant and attentive. Beautiful view outside!!

Stopped in for a watermelon crush & the seafood flatbread. The crush tastes so fresh! They must be juicing their own watermelons and I love that. The flatbread was excellent. Huge shrimp & large clumps of crab meat on top that were delicious. Compliments to the chef. Also, you can’t beat the views while you dine here.

Had dinner for the first time here tonight with my girlfriend for my birthday. The restaurant is well decorated, well lit and very clean. The staffs hospitality was first class.

The meals were delivered quickly and very flavorful. If you like seafood tacos, get the halibut tacos or shrimp tacos. Very refreshing and filling.

Our company just had our Christmas Party here and everyone loved it!!! The staff treated us wonderfully. The food was absolutely delicious! The crab cakes are to die for!!! They didn't rush us at all and everything was tastefully presented with class. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone whether you are by yourself or in a large group. The waitresses never let your drink get empty. They were very, very attentive to our needs. Excellent customer service!!!!!!

The views of the waterways from the Dock House make this eatery one you won't want to miss when visiting the Chesapeake Bay region. Locally sourced food is fresh and well prepared. The cream of crab soup is so good that you'll want to order it every time you visit. It's served with just the right amount of Old Bay seasoning! The servers here are attentive and can provide helpful suggestions when choosing local fare. Highly recommend a visit.

Went around 130pm on a Sunday. We didn't have any wait. We sat on their heated deck. The food was very good. The only complaint may be that I wish the French onion soup was filled I felt like there was more cheese than soup. Definitely would go again when we're in the area.

Really excellent service from everyone that works there. Enjoyed lunch with my 1 year old in tow - she walked the entire restaurant and was welcomed by every staff member. Really lovely to visit a restaurant so accepting of young kids! It really made the lunch extra special. Food was obviously delicious!

What a beautiful setting! We loved watching the boats pass by and seeing the drawbridge open. We had crab soup, crab sandwich, and shrimp tacos. All were delicious. We're already planning a return visit.

Great food and service. Calamari were good size. The shrimp and crab Mac and cheese was not too heavy. Wifey had the crab cake, she enjoyed that as well. Service was excellent and the managing staff were very attentive. Will go back for sure. My only critique is that they could use a few more craft beers on the menu.

Lovely place! The staff is so helpful and friendly. The food is delicious! We ordered the crab and cheese (yum!), mac and cheese (yum!), crabby chicken ( yumm!)

We stopped by here in the way back from the beach. We were all hungry and we had hit some traffic on route 50. We figured the weather was gorgeous so why not find a place to sit down and eat some lunch. We had a choice of a few different places but we decided on this restaurant. There was no wait but the place was busy. The restaurant is very clean and apparently just opened about 9 months ago. We sat outside by the water. The hostesses and waitress were extremely friendly. We placed our orders. I had gotten a flatbread pizza, my son got nachos, wife got vegetarian street tacos, and my daughter got mac and cheese. The dishes were great. No complaints from anyone at all. I would definitely come back to this place. Us being vegetarian probably won't give the best idea of this place but from what I gathered, their seafood dishes were outstanding as well.

Went for Veterans day lunch with my husband who served. They did not disappoint. The Veterans Menu was amazing. I got the prime rib sandwich and house salad. Superb. The prime rib was tender, juicy and so flavorful. I can't wait to go back and try other items.

Cozy, classy little water front restaurant with delicious food, great menu and amazing drinks. The view is great, service was great and loved the shrimp tacos!

My dining experience at dock house was very good as usual. Food was delicious, view is pretty and the service was great. The dock house burger is delicious as are the sweet potato tots.

Went back for more - haven't regretted it yet. Always seems to be space to dock the boat. Sitting by the water boat watching and eating a great meal just can't be beat.
